Hyperbaric Wound Care Technician

Provides safe and effective operation, control, and maintenance of Hyperbaric Chamber systems and supporting components. Administers hyperbaric oxygen therapy to patients as prescribed by Physician. Operates and maintains the hyperbaric chambers and associated systems and equipment. Typically requires basic EMT, respiratory therapy, or nursing assistant training. Certification from an approved hyperbaric course is typically required.: Assists in the delivery of patient care appropriate to level of medical training. Prepares the hyperbaric chamber, equipment, medicine, materials, and transports as needed for patients undergoing hyperbaric oxygen therapy. Observes the patients and the hyperbaric systems during the course of hyperbaric oxygen treatment. Reports unusual occurrences to Hyperbaric Physician and records patients' condition. Maintains the cleanliness of the hyperbaric oxygen therapy equipment and facility. Provides continuous patient contact, use of basic to moderate, related and some diverse body mechanics as well as intermittent exposure to occupational illness and hazards. Monitors patient's physiological responses to therapy, such as vital signs, arterial blood gases, and blood chemistry changes. Observes equipment function and adjusts equipment to obtain optimum results to therapy. Consults with Physician in event of adverse reactions. Maintains patient's chart that contains pertinent identification and therapy information. May accompany patients in the chamber while undergoing hyperbaric oxygen therapy, when deemed necessary by the Medical Director.

Call Center Nurse RN

Provides telephone triage to member of the health plan. Advises and instructs callers on proper health care after assessing the urgency of symptoms or complaints.: Answers telephone inquiries, assesses symptoms and provides assistance to members of the health plan in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols. Provides clinical nursing evaluation and assessment and instructs callers to seek appropriate medical care. Notifies physician on call with pertinent medical information or if consultation is deemed necessary by nurse. Provides nursing referral to appropriate and available resources, including affiliated services, affiliated medical practice or community resource. Enters data into a computerized database and forwards facsimiles to appropriate health providers. Consults and facilitates after hours communication with physicians, nurses, hospital staff and outside agencies. Communicates with pharmacies and providers to refill medications or to clarify prescriptions. Typically requires graduation from an accredited School of Nursing as a Registered Nurse with two years of hospital or public health nursing experience. May provide health insurance eligibility, pharmacy benefits, provider information, and other information to callers.

Infusion Therapist RN

Administers IV therapy and infusion treatments and educates patients and caregivers on IV procedures and care. Typically requires graduation from an accredited school of professional nursing with a bachelor's degree preferred. Two years of IV experience is usually required.: Supports the care team in the provision of patient and family care on an identified shift. Chooses and monitors venipuncture and/or catheter insertion sites. Has shift accountability for the assurance of appropriate staffing resources for the provision of quality patient care on an identified shift. Functions as a member of an interdisciplinary team. Ensures that patient has necessary solutions and equipment.

Resident Care Coordinator RN

Coordinates the work of all disciplines involved in completing Minimum Data Set (MDS) assessments and resident care plans according to regulatory requirements and guidelines. Provides assistance to the Nursing Director by providing in-service to staff, assessing competencies, and evaluating nursing staff. Plans, supervises, and evaluates the delivery of resident care and activities. Provides nursing care and ensures that nursing procedures are followed. Reviews resident care plans and conducts interdisciplinary care plan conferences. Fabricates, assembles, reworks, and repairs plastic products, applying knowledge of working characteristics of plastics and bonding techniques, using precision instruments, handtools, power tools, machines, and equipment: reads and interprets blueprints, work orders, and related documentation to determine methods and sequence of operations and dimensional and finish specifications. Lays out cutting lines on plastic materials, such as sheet stock and fiberglass or graphite cloth, following template pattern, blueprints, sketches, or sample part, using measuring and marking instruments. Cuts material to size, using shears, knives, cutters, scissors, router, or saw. Mixes ingredients, such as resins, catalysts, fillers, accelerators, and colors, according to formulas, manually or using mixer. Sets up and operates forming machines and presses, or laminates plastic cloth and resins or preimpregnated cloth onto layup mold or bonding fixture, to shape parts. Wraps bonding fixture or mold in vacuum bagging materials, attaches fittings to mold or fixture, such as vacuum connections, thermocouples, and probes, and exhausts air from vacuum bag to prepare lamination for curing or bonding. Operates oven to cure parts. Trims, drills, reams, countersinks, grinds, and finishes parts to specifications, using templates, handtools, and power tools. Verifies dimensions of parts, using precision instruments, such as dial indicators, micrometers, and calipers. Fits and assembles parts and attaches hardware and fittings, such as brackets and hinges, using clamps, jigs, fixtures, power tools, and f.

RN Field Case Manager

Provides ongoing evaluation and nursing case management services, meeting with clients in their homes, work-sites, or physician's or therapist's office. Assesses, evaluates, and analyzes injured workers’ medical and/or vocational status, and develops, coordinates, and implements a viable, realistic service plan. Monitors the progress of the injured/disabled individuals and reports results back to the employer and insurance carrier.: Develops a plan of care for patients from admission to discharge. May serve as leader for group of personnel rendering nursing care to number of patients.
