Project Coordinator Construction

Directs and coordinates activities of workers concerned with preparing and maintaining buildings and facilities in residential construction or logging camp: coordinates through subordinate personnel or personally directs workers engaged in preparing and maintaining such camp facilities as dining halls and barracks used by resident laborers. Directs activities of food service workers. Schedules purchase and delivery of food supplies. Enforces safety and sanitation regulations.

Construction Project Supervisor

Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in receiving, storing, issuing, and maintaining machines, equipment, materials, and supplies in construction storage building or yard: dispatches materials and equipment to construction sites. May requisition materials and supplies. May operate crane to move items in yard. May repair machines and equipment. May supervise workers engaged in fabricating metal structural members and concrete forms and products used on construction projects. Performs other duties as described under supervisor.

Project Analyst

Executes and analyzes projects that deliver solutions and services to meet the business and product needs of the organization. Supports and executes appropriate project processes which ensure forward progress, highlight and mitigate risks, and ensure alignment with stated project objectives. Supports project leaders as they scan the business environment to identify potential issues that may impact the quality of services, interfere with the organization's ability to manage its risks, and/or create opportunities to address these issues more effectively. Interacts effectively with senior leadership to articulate issues and propose potential solutions. Researches potential solutions and helps design and deliver projects that successfully address the issues identified.: Develops, launches, drives, and tracks comprehensive programs, and analyzes and measures the effectiveness of these programs. Supports the program management processes of integration, scope, schedule, budget, quality, resources, communication, risk, and procurement. Assists with project initiation, estimation, planning, requirements gathering, analysis and design, technical reviews, integration, implementation, operational turnover, and project closing. Monitors project commitments, ensures development and approval of planning documents, reviews technical requirements, and determines resource allocations. Recommends corrective actions, participates in the formal project change control process, and attends technical reviews. Tracks and escalates action items, monitors project delivery and client satisfaction, and communicates with all appropriate levels of management including directors, general managers, managers, subject matter experts, and clients. Acts as a consultant to the department and division management, customers, and client organizations on specific and strategic areas. Prepares highly complex and detailed analysis in support of major programs, projects, contracts, or business unit and corporate goals. Provides data collection, analysis of data, presentations and reporting, database administration, project assessment, and creation and maintenance of templates, forms, and processes.

ERP Project Manager

Manages and coordinates ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software implementations to achieve defined objectives of scope, cost, schedule, and quality. Defines strategy and requirements to achieve successful rollout. Prioritizes tasks and coordinates resources on assigned projects.: Troubleshoots and resolve complex issues. Monitors cost, progress, and quality of projects. Schedules projects and ensures they are completed within budget, on time, and according to internal or external customer satisfaction.

Program/Project Management Office (PMO) Manager

Determine and formulate policies and provide the overall direction of companies or private and public sector organizations within the guidelines set up by a board of directors or similar governing body. Plan, direct, or coordinate operational activities at the highest level of management with the help of subordinate executives and staff managers.

SAP Project Manager

Plans, directs, and coordinates activities of system application and products in data processing (SAP) project design and implementation to ensure that goals or objectives of projects are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters. Establishes work plan and multi-disciplinary staffing for each phase of project, and arranges for recruitment or assignment of project personnel. Directs and coordinates activities of project personnel to ensure the project progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget. Contributes to integration of SAP solution into organization or client's business.: Delivers ongoing SAP projects systems wide at single or multiple locations worldwide. Delivers project design and solution. Delivers projects within timescales and budgets. Identifies, analyzes, and mitigates or escalates potential risks and issues. Ensures quality of project deliverables and management of quality issues. Manages change for the organization or within client organizations. Confers with project personnel to provide technical advice and to resolve problems. Reviews status reports prepared by project personnel and modifies schedules or plans as required. Prepares project reports for management, client, or others. Maintains all necessary communication lines within internal and/or external project teams. Effectively communicates issues and recommends strategies and tactics to enable team performance. Ensures adherence to program requirements and standards and to internal administration processes. Ensures the integration of sound project management principles and practices into all IT projects. Provide technical expertise regarding scope, design, specifications, costs, timing and quality. Achieves successful management or client sign off and handover to post implementation support function.

Associate Project Manager

Coordinates and assists with activities of projects to ensure that goals or objectives of projects are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters. Manages daily operational aspects of a project and scope.: Assists with the planning, execution, and finalizing of projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. Participates in the definition of project objectives and monitors quality control. Coordinates the acquisition of resources and the efforts of team members, contractors, and consultants. Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs, requirements, and project team workload. Maintains data and generates reports used to plan and implement project activities. Communicates information regarding work plans, schedules, and related requirements. Creates documentation on work flow and processes and tracks projects using project management tools. Ensures that projects are progressing on schedule and team members are staying on task. Resolves and/or escalates risks and issues. Identifies and suggests opportunities for improvement. Collaborates with other project management personnel on various coordination efforts. Schedules and arranges meetings, attending and recording major activities at the meetings.

Assistant Project Manager

Works with the Project Manager and other management to ensure that structured processes are in place and objectives are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters. Manages the project team's work efforts in harmony with competing priorities within company. Provides leadership and guidance to assigned projects.: Gives work direction, prepares schedules, and sets deadlines to ensure timely completion of work. Identifies issues for early resolution. Determines and selects corrective action and workaround solutions whenever deviations from project plan are identified. Informs Project Manager and appropriate management of issues and remediation plans. Ensures compliance to all applicable safety and health rules and regulations, company policies, and procedures. Provides Project Manager with recommendations for improving tracking, reporting, and monitoring of projects. Assists in preparation of periodic management reports. May attend meetings on behalf of Project Manager. May train staff, evaluate performance, and recommend or initiate promotions, transfers, and disciplinary action.

Environmental Project Manager

Directs and manages environmental related processes and activities associated with a project from concept to completion. Organizes, oversees, leads, and monitors the progress of environmental work assignments for the project. Develops and/or adapts environmental policies and coordinates implementation with other groups or departments.: Leads project teams to identify time frames, funding limitations, methods for accomplishing project deliverables, and allotments of available resources to project phases. Assists in the development and management of the environmental budget. Monitors and assures environmental compliance and job specific mitigation and conservation specifications from initial planning stages through completion by applying Federal and State regulations and conducting environmental impact evaluation techniques throughout the project. Identifies environmental constraints affecting the development and selection of project alternatives and works with project staff to resolve these constraints. Assures procedural adequacy of the environmental program. May develop the environmental sections of contracts.

Project Manager (Revenue)

Plans, directs, and coordinates activities of projects to ensure that goals or objectives of projects are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters. Typically reports to a director and may have supervisors reporting to this position. NOTE--ERI's findings based on revenue.: Reviews project proposal or plan to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing projects, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of projects. Establishes work plan and multi-disciplinary staffing for each phase of project, and arranges for recruitment or assignment of project personnel. In larger organizations may have the responsibility of managing project supervisors/leaders assigned to specific projects. Confers with project staff to outline work plan and to assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority. May manage sub-contractors and their workforce. Directs and coordinates activities of project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget. Reviews status reports prepared by project personnel and modifies schedules or plans as required. Prepares project reports for management, client, or others. Confers with project personnel to provide technical advice and to resolve problems.
