Transaction Advisory Services Manager

Participates in engagement management, engagement execution and reporting, and client relationship building and management. Lends specific subject matter knowledge, and offers companies professional transaction experience, such as managing business valuations for management planning, mergers and acquisitions, financial reporting, tax and regulatory compliance, restructuring and reorganization, and corporate strategy. Identifies and communicates relevant trends, developments, and key performance drivers relevant to the client. Demonstrates a deep understanding of the client's industry and marketplace. Delegates to all levels of staff. Conducts performance reviews, serves as a positive leader and mentor, and contributes to performance feedback and training.

Public Relations Consultant

Provides communication services for all types of organizations or clients by developing and implementing communications and public relations plans and solutions within the framework of approved strategies, focusing on client or customer relationship management and communications planning. Plans public relations programs designed to create and maintain favorable public image for the organization. Serves as the primary communications representative to organization, business unit, or client.: Ensures management's or client's understanding and agreement with tactics, schedules, and costs proposed. Delivers individually tailored public relations campaigns that are creative, memorable, effective, and dynamic to enhance organization's or client's reputation, credibility, and market presence. Works with management or client to inform, influence, or persuade people to do a variety of things, such as how to get people to attend a function, how to make a new movie a hit, how to get a book onto the bestseller list, how to get more publicity, how to persuade people to buy a new product, how to get people to donate money to a charity, how to convince people to vote for a particular candidate, how to communicate what people should do in an emergency, how to get people to invest in a company, or how to improve an organization's or client's public image. May use communications techniques to get publicity in the media which may include writing and distributing press releases.

Student Union Consultant

Plans and arranges social, cultural, and recreational activities of various student groups, according to university policies and regulations: meets with student and faculty groups to plan activities. Evaluates programs and suggests modifications. Schedules events to prevent overlapping and coordinates activities with sports and other university programs. Contacts caterers, entertainers, decorators, and others to arrange for scheduled events. Conducts orientation program for new students with other members of faculty and staff. Maintains product knowledge, industry knowledge, and familiarity with client's internal processes.

Consultant Educational State Board of Nursing

Directs activities concerned with maintaining educational standards established by board of nursing or other legally authorized agency: participates in development and implementation of philosophy, purpose, policies, and plans of board of agency, and consults with and advises administrators of nursing schools in regard to curricula and facilities for instruction. Plans and conducts surveys of nursing schools and advises institutions desiring to establish schools on policies and procedures. Provides group and individual therapy to patients.: Provides psychotherapeutic services to individuals, groups, couples or families and may specialize in a certain area. Provides emergency and crisis intervention services. Determines frequency, duration, and intensity of treatment. Diagnoses and evaluates mental health status of patients. Assists clients, including Real Estate Agents and Brokers, in solving their real estate needs in a specific area, such as listing, selling, leasing, or appraisal of commercial or residential property, using an unbiased and disinterested initial approach for true objectivity. Prospects, researches, analyzes, markets, and/or negotiates the lease and/or sale of real estate. Evaluates client's situation before deciding if assistance in solving the client's real estate needs can be made. Sells products to real estate professionals that increase their ability to gain listing and close more sales.: Determines the client's savvy level and risk tolerance, gathering in-depth information about the client including experience with real estate matters, property currently owned, and adverse situations that occurred in the process of owning, buying, or selling property. Provides potential clients with proof of professional licenses, proof of liability insurance, and letters from satisfied clients, and perhaps even phone numbers of people willing to share information about the consultant.

Advises and assists wholesale sales team to drive revenue by helping to qualify sales opportunities and establish business with new accounts, and to increase sales from the distribution center to new and existing accounts.
