Mechanic Wheel Vehicle

Maintains and repairs vehicles such as jeeps, cars, and trucks. Performs maintenance, repair, and recovery operations on wheeled vehicles and associated items, as well as heavy-wheeled vehicles. Troubleshoots problems in vehicle engines, electrical systems, steering, brakes, and suspensions.: Performs maintenance inspections and repairs, to include troubleshooting, diagnosing, and parts ordering in accordance with applicable technical manuals. Repairs and maintains complete vehicle systems such as compression ignition fuel injection systems, air intake systems, liquid cooling systems, power assisted brake systems, exhaust systems, air brake systems, drive train, wheel vehicle suspension systems, vehicle/hub assemblies and geared hubs, wheel vehicle mechanical (manual) steering systems, wheel vehicle hydraulic (power) steering systems, wheel vehicle crane/hoist/winch assemblies, all lubricated points and systems, and various hydraulic and electrical system. Replaces or repairs damaged body parts. Establishes and follows schedules for maintaining vehicles. Moves materials and equipment to work locations and sets up work site. Completes records, maintains tools and equipment, and performs various clean-up and housekeeping activities. Observes and follows all safety rules and procedures, including wearing required personal safety equipment. May perform tasks associated with a specific trade as directed in order to deliver a maintenance contract.

Department Secretary

Performs and handles secretarial duties including scheduling appointments, giving information to callers, taking and transcribing notes and dictation, and providing secretarial and administrative support for departments and/or lower-level executives. : Reads and routes incoming mail. Locates and attaches appropriate file to correspondence to be answered by employer. Composes letters and memoranda from dictation, verbal direction, or from knowledge of company policy or procedures. Renovates used cars for resale at used car lot.: Inspects cars for noticeable defects, such as dents, scratches, torn upholstery, and poor mechanical operation. Hammers out dents. Polishes scratches and retouches with enamel. Sews rips and tears in upholstery. Cleans and vacuums interiors. Washes and polishes exteriors. Replaces missing or defective small parts. May initiate or authorize employee hire, promotion, discharge, or transfer.

Bond Department Manager

Manages and coordinates brokerage activities concerned with buying or selling bonds for clients. Develops and implements plans to ensure compliance of workers with established programs, procedures, and practices. Must be a registered broker. Manages and coordinates subordinate staff. The manager level is typically the second level of management and has first-level supervisors reporting to this position; however, in smaller companies, the manager may be a first-level supervisor over subordinate staff.: Directs in-service training to increase effectiveness of client's services and increase trade volume. Conducts staff meetings of personnel to discuss changes in policy, redirection of sales emphasis to other programs, or to propose methods and procedures that could increase firm's share of local market and trade volume. Explains availability of firm's research and customer service facilities and how use of facilities can be made to promote customer relations and promote sales. Prepares activity reports for evaluation by management. Screens, selects, and hires sales representatives and other employees.
