Home Care Team Manager

Manages the clinical coordination of care for a team of home care providers. Directs patient services as related to the plan of care and utilization management in compliance with State and Federal regulations. Assist clinical staff in developing an appropriate plan of care. : Ensures timely and appropriate documentation on the patient record. Coordinates and initiates involvement of organization's resources, such as Advanced Practice Nurses, Home Health Aides, Therapists, Social Workers, Dieticians, etc. Makes home visits as necessary to assist or instruct Staff Nurses and to aid in effective case management. Maintains confidential patient and/or agency information in accordance to HIPAA and agency policies. Participates in the hiring, orientation, training, evaluation, and continuing education of staff assigned to the team. May act as a liaison with managed care companies in obtaining authorization.

Production Team Leader

Oversees and leads individual and team development in the Production Department, quality performance, cost parameters, and service to internal and external customers. Organizes, coordinates, and supervises daily team activities to ensure smooth workflow, quality production, and timely delivery. Provides direction and improvement strategies for manufacturing, distribution, and supply chain processes. : Schedules employees, including overtime approval. Manages performance and provides progressive discipline and positive recognition as appropriate. Tracks attendance and time card accuracy. Ensures compliance with quality, environmental, and safety regulations and standards. Establishes and controls budgets. Assists with inventory, packaging, shipping/receiving, and general facility maintenance as needed. Projects staffing for daily and future production needs. Monitors machinery, processes, and work layouts to recommend improvements. Conducts safety and training programs. Mentors subordinate staff and facilitates problem solving.

Quality Assurance Team Leader

Assists quality assurance supervisor in coordinating and monitoring activities of workers engaged in inspecting and testing assembled motor vehicles, components, and parts, as vehicles and subassemblies proceed through stages of assembly process, applying knowledge of quality assurance standards and procedures: confers with supervisor and reviews assembly specifications and production schedules. Assigns workers to work stations and monitors department activities. Interprets standards and procedures, and assists workers in resolving technical problems. Reports unresolved problems to supervisor. Demonstrates tools, equipment, and work aids used in performing quality assurance tasks. May attend management meetings to represent work group and record minutes of meeting. May conduct work group (team) meetings to relay management information to workers, and solicit response to work-related problems. May perform duties of absent workers to maintain work schedules.

Home Care Team Leader

Coordinates services provided to home care patients including care assessment, treatment, and training. Coordinates case load distribution for a multidisciplinary team to ensure that quality home care services are delivered. Typically requires Registered Nurse licensure with four years of experience in a clinical setting.: Develops schedules and coordinates referrals to appropriate team members considering geographic location, skill levels of staff, and caseload. Acts as a clinical resource for the home care team. Assists in the evaluation of all home care team staff for conformity to organization policies and procedures, regulations, and professional standards. Makes regular visits to home care patients to audit level of care and make appropriate changes to the care plan.

Call Center Team Leader

Leads, supervises, and supports a call center team. Monitors team performance for accuracy and completeness of work. Acts as a liaison between call center employees and management. Ensures adherence to work schedules and established work levels. : Creates work schedules and maintains appropriate levels of staffing to satisfy revenue goals. Distributes outbound call center work to ensure that call volume is adequate to reach sales goal. Resolves customer issues as needed. Conducts team meetings. Coordinates with quality assurance to identify systemic quality-improvement opportunities. Prepares payroll documents and submits for approval. Gathers and submits statistical data for management to prepare employee evaluations and/or disciplinary actions. Participates in new-hire interviews and/or training. May answer phone calls to schedule appointments, give and/or take status regarding order requests, gather follow-up information, or trouble-shoot problems.

Manager Athletic Team

Plans and directs training and recommends acquisition or trade of players for professional athletic team: directs conditioning of players to achieve maximum athletic performance. Assesses player's skills and assigns team positions. Evaluates own and opposition team capabilities to determine game strategy. Coaches or directs coach, professional athletes to instruct players in techniques of game. Participates in discussions with other clubs to sell or trade players. May participate on team managed and be designated coach-player; player-manager.

SAP Team Leader

Leads a team of Business Systems Analysts responsible for the coordination and deployment of SAP system used in enterprise resource planning and related applications, such as supply chain management, customer relationship management, product life-cycle management, and supplier relationship management. Integrates packaged technology into a client's business environment in order to achieve the client's expected business results. Works on and coordinates several key SAP deliverables. Assists users with test scripts and test phase. Resolves SAP systems issues resulting from user errors or incomplete configuration. Manages the communication of project-related objectives, processes, events, issues, status, and results. Utilizes full technical knowledge of phases of systems analysis and considers the business implications of the application of technology to the current and future business environment. Instructs, directs, and checks the work of other Business Systems Analysts.

SAP SD Team Lead

Manages the activities of the SAP sales team to meet support needs and ongoing new requirements from optimizations to rollouts. Utilizes communication, analysis, and motivational skills to develop team’s capabilities and flexibility. Ensures compliance to configuration and implementation standards. Works on integration topics between the modules.: Carries out optimization to the existing processes, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and training. Performs FIT/GAP analysis, identifying whether the present system fits the requirements and recording any identified gaps in a prescribed format. Adheres to global configuration and implementation standards of the company. Provides support for sales teams and departments. Collaborates, communicates, and shares knowledge within the SAP team(s). Creates detailed functional and technical designs as and when required within the development team and key users. Communicates with the businesses and the key users in an appropriate and constructive manner, and follows agreed support procedures.

Accepts deliveries and coordinates shipment of materials. Assembles and binds project materials for reports, proposals, and presentations when needed. Makes travel and lodging arrangements. May greet visitors and clients and direct them to meeting rooms or appointments with team members. May process expense reports. May supervise other administrative staff.
