Conforms to rules of safety and infection control while performing these tasks and maintains compliance with acceptable hospital and regulatory agency standards of quality.

Plans congregational activities and projects to attract attention to, and encourage active participation in programs. Promotes student participation in extracurricular congregational activities. Visits homes of congregation members and confers with clergy member, congregation officials, and congregation organizations to solicit support and participation, and to stimulate interest in religious and educational programs. Participates in such denominational activities as giving help to new congregations and small congregations.
