Oversees and manages the organization's recruitment and staffing functions. Promotes and sells staffing services to prospective clients and develops and maintains client relationships. Markets to clients by phone, conducts client meetings, and participates in networking events. Oversees mentoring and training of staff, and manages daily operations. Solicits detailed feedback from hiring or requesting managers in order to ensure selection of the most qualified candidates. Educates and guides staff, assists in recruiting best practices and strategies, legal requirements, and company interviewing guidelines. Ensures consistent corporate image throughout recruiting campaigns. Sources potential candidates through all applicable means, including cold calling, Internet posting and search, networking, employee referrals, community-based partnerships, etc. Creates and implements staffing and employment strategies to enable the business.

Account Installation Specialist Associate

Administers the installation of assigned accounts under general direction including, but not limited to, structure and billing setup, eligibility collection, database loading, and preparation of plan materials, such as administrative documents and customer education materials.: Provides support to assigned accounts by responding to inquiries and resolving issues of concern. May provide guidance or expertise to less experienced representatives.

Advertising Account Executive

Promotes, plans, develops, coordinates, and directs advertising campaign for clients of advertising agency. Confers with client to determine advertising requirements and budgetary limitations, utilizing knowledge of product or service to be advertised, media capabilities, and audience characteristics. Confers with agency artists, copywriters, photographers, and other media-production specialists to select media to be used and to estimate costs. Requires a four-year college degree in a related field in addition to job related experience.: Submits proposed program and estimated budget to client for approval. Coordinates activities of workers engaged in marketing research, writing copy, laying out artwork, purchasing media time and space, developing special displays and promotional items, and performing other media-production activities, in order to carry out approved campaign.

Staffing Clerk

Compiles and records information about temporary job openings and refers qualified applicants from register of temporary help agency. Responds to hospital, business, or other type of organization requesting temporary workers and obtains and records job requirements. May give employment applications to applicants, schedule interviews with agency registration interviewers, or administer skill tests. Performs other clerical duties.: Reviews records to locate registered workers who match job requirements and are available for scheduled shift. Notifies selected workers of job availability and records referral information on agency records. Sorts mail, files records, and performs other clerical duties. May refer workers in specific occupations, such as nursing.

Premium Billing Account Analyst (Entry)

Communicates directly with new and existing customers or clients to explain features and merits of products or services offered. Demonstrates product or services and provides assistance in the best application of products or services. Answers all questions concerning a product or service, with appropriate coordination of sales negotiations where required. Closes transactions and takes orders. Investigates product/service warranty claims to ensure resolution within organization policies. Calculates and quotes prices. Analyzes and interprets records of present and past sales, trends and costs, estimated and realized revenue, administrative commitments, and obligations incurred for management. Submits time and expense reports to management. May coordinate company technical engineering support and services to ascertain customers needs. May specialize in a specific product or service. May be responsible for sales budget. May attend trade shows and conferences.

Accounting Supervisor (General)

Supervises less complex day-to-day general accounting functions and accounting operations which include coding invoices and compilation of data for various accounting reports. Supervises preparation of accounts and reports for management, including balance sheets and income statements. Reviews vouchers, accounting documents, and records submitted by staff. Includes only supervisors whose staffs are 100 percent nonexempt (i.e. paraprofessional and clerical accounting personnel); excludes supervisors whose staffs consist of a mix of professional and nonexempt accounting personnel. : Ensures that invoices are charged to the proper accounts. Compiles records of present and past operations, trends and costs, estimated and realized revenues, administrative commitments, and obligations incurred. Advises superior of unusual matters.
