Manages establishment engaged in automotive specialty services, such as engine tune-up, front-end alignment, or muffler installation: directs and coordinates, through subordinate personnel, activities of workers engaged in diagnosing and repairing automobile malfunctions. Monitors operations to ensure that services rendered conform to company policy and standards. Resolves customer complaints. Reviews operational expenses and collection reports for accuracy.
