Lead Carpenter

Oversees and leads the on-site implementation of a construction project and/or projects. Understands and implements the client's objectives, all contract responsibilities, all plans, specifications, and product requirements. Serves as liaison between the client and managers. : Performs all types of carpentry work on the job in a timely manner, requesting help as needed. Executes all the finish carpentry work including trim, interior doors, cabinetry, and hardware. Assumes responsibility for layout, setting elevations, and concrete footings. Coordinates and supervises all trades (sub-contractors). Manages material takeoff, ordering, and delivery. Maintains a clean job site and safety standards and procedures. Protects the client's property. Tracks progress of project including any extra work needed and documents changes. May perform any tasks required on a remodeling project, including excavation, demolition, flooring, tile, windows, doors, insulation, painting, roofing, etc., with the exception of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.

Data Entry Operator Lead

Guides data entry operators in the data entry process and in solving work problems. Operates computer or other data entry device to enter data in computer-readable format. Inputs accounting or statistical data from source documents into computer, using data entry device, such as keyboard or optical scanner, and following format displayed on screen.: Compares data entered with source documents, or re-enters data in verification format on screen to detect errors. Deletes incorrectly entered data, and re-enters correct data. Keeps record of work completed. Compiles, sorts, and verifies accuracy of data to be entered. May assist in role of group leader as required.

Lead Relay Tester

Supervises and coordinates activities of relay testers engaged in testing, adjusting, and repairing relays, meters, capacitors, and other parts of electric power-distributing equipment: schedules periodic tests of all operating equipment. Directs workers in installation of equipment. Prepares diagrams and drawings of new installations. Performs other duties as described under supervisor.

Surveyor Lead

Plans, organizes, and directs work of one or more survey parties engaged in surveying the Earth's surface to determine precise location and measurements of points, elevations, lines, areas, and contours for construction, mapmaking, land division, titles, mining, or other purposes. Assumes legal responsibility for work and is licensed by State.: Researches previous survey evidence, legal records, maps, deeds, physical evidence, and other records to obtain data needed for surveys. Develops new data from photogrammetric records. Determines methods and procedures for establishing or reestablishing survey control. Keeps accurate notes, records, and sketches to describe and certify work performed. Coordinates findings with work of engineering and architectural personnel, clients, and others concerned with project.

Accounting Clerk Lead

Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in calculating, posting, verifying, and typing duties to obtain and record financial data for use in maintaining accounting and statistical records: compiles reports required by management or government agencies. May perform duties of accounting clerk and bookkeeper. Performs duties as described under supervisor.

Programmer Lead Computer

Leads in the adherence to planning, policies, practices, and personnel while overseeing a computer programming project or group of programmers. Revises or directs revision of existing programs to increase operating efficiency or adapt to new requirements. Compiles documentation of program development and subsequent revisions. Trains subordinates in programming and program coding. Prescribes standards for terms and symbols used to simplify interpretation of programs. Collaborates with computer manufacturers and other users to develop new programming methods. Prepares records and reports.

Leads professional-level systems analysts engaged in the activities of solving computer problems and enabling computer technology to meet the needs of the organization. Leads systems analysts in performing system studies to assist organization to realize maximum benefit from investments in equipment, personnel, and business processes. Sourcing Specialist

Manages contract administration and activities related to the procurement of goods and services, including the management of supplier relationships. Develops and implements appropriate sourcing strategies for various commodities to support corporate and business unit objectives.: Sources parts and solutions in support of production and new product development. Negotiates and builds supplier relationships, providing alternative solutions as needed. Develops and maintains key industry market data to be used for strategic sourcing activities. Develops strategies for assigned commodities to include spend analysis, market and geographic considerations, and strategic importance. Manages the strategic sourcing process, contract negotiation, contract administration, sourcing systems, supplier quality, sourcing operations, planning, administration, and analysis. Executes sourcing initiatives across the procurement organization in an effort to maximize value by reducing the overall costs and improving the quality of goods and services that are purchased. Identifies, analyzes, and supports sourcing opportunities and the RFI/RFP processes for a variety of materials, commodities, and services.

Lead Hand Inspecting & Testing

Assists supervisor in coordinating activities of workers engaged in inspecting and testing electronic components for compliance to company standards: receives boxes of components and records identifying information on specified forms. Collects random lot samples, according to lot volume and following company guidelines. Distributes components to workers responsible for testing specific components. Instructs new workers in testing equipment operation, component testing sequence, and specification sheet interpretations. Modifies workers' assignments to meet priorities and to adjust work loads according to worker absenteeism. Completes requisition forms to obtain items requested and delivers items to workers. Observes calibration maintenance sheets to verify maintenance of test equipment and notifies designated personnel of unscheduled verification of equipment as warranted by questionable test results. Maintains records that indicate material discrepancies and records information on vendor history forms.
