Prepares and manages the operational budget. This position typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and five or more years of management experience in assisted living operations.

MRI Administrator

Supervises and coordinates a medical center unit that provides MRI services to patients.: Hires, develops and motivates a qualified staff to ensure effective medical unit operation. Coordinates the logistical needs of the MRI unit to provide for proper levels of supply inventory, equipment maintenance and work environment. Performs marketing and referral development with referring practitioners. Prepares patient volume, referral tracking and other reporting necessary for management of the facility. Analyzes unit budget to identify budget needs or changes. A Bachelor's degree is typically required with experience in medical business management or medical magnetic imaging.

Business Administration Manager

Manages local, district, or regional business. Manages and coordinates subordinate staff. Reviews official directives and correspondence to ascertain such data as changes prescribed in programs, policies, and procedures, and new assignments or responsibilities delegated. Confers with subordinate supervisory personnel and reads staff reports and records to obtain data, such as status of on-going work or projects and projected completion dates. Plans activities and work projects and assigns unit supervisory personnel responsibility for carrying out and completing specific projects and duties. The manager level is typically the second level of management; however, in smaller companies the manager may be a first level supervisor over subordinate staff.: Coordinates activities of various units in order to provide designated functions or services with minimum delay and optimum efficiency and accuracy. Historic Sites Administrator

Manages operation of historic structure or site. Discusses house or site operation with governing body representatives to form or change policies. Oversees activities of building and grounds maintenance staff and other employees.: Maintains roster of volunteer guides, and contacts volunteers to conduct tours of premises according to schedule. Conducts tours, explaining points of interest, and answers visitors' questions. Studies documents, books, and other materials to obtain information concerning history of site or structure. Conducts classes in tour presentation methods for volunteer guides. Accepts group reservations for house tours and special social events. Arranges for refreshments, entertainment, and decorations for special events. Collects admission and special event fees, and maintains records of receipts, expenses, and numbers of people served. Assists in planning publicity, and arranges for printing of brochures or placement of information in media. Inspects premises for evidence of deterioration and need for repair, and notifies governing body of such need.
