Customer Service Manager Trainee

Drives new and existing sales within a geographic area while managing, coaching, and developing a team of Customer Service Representatives. Trains in a specific geographic area with the customer service team until able to demonstrate the ability to work as an independent Customer Service Manager and a position is available.: Establishes and maintains effective customer relationships and mutually beneficial business relationships with clients. Ensures outstanding customer service including customer contract retention, professional customer service, management of accounts receivable, accurate reporting, and resolution of any customer concerns within an assigned geographic area. Management Trainee

Performs assigned duties, under direction of experienced personnel, to gain knowledge and experience required for promotion to management positions. Receives training and performs duties in several departments, such as credit, customer relations, accounting, or sales, to become familiar with line and staff functions, operations, management viewpoints, and company policies and practices that affect each phase of business. : Observes experienced workers to acquire knowledge of methods, procedures, and standards required for performance of departmental duties. Workers are usually trained in functions and operations of related departments to facilitate subsequent transferability between departments and to provide greater promotional opportunities. May be required to attend company-sponsored training classes.

Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Recruits suitable candidates for vacancies generated by client organizations. Manages the entire recruitment process after training, including sourcing vacancies and candidates, matching candidates to vacancies, and referring candidates to clients. : Canvasses employers by telephone to establish new contacts and their recruitment requirements. Builds, manages, and develops client relationships through face-to-face meetings and regular contact. Sources the best candidates through effective advertising and marketing using headhunting, cold calling, networking, advertising, websites, etc. Screens and interviews candidates and assesses their needs. Matches candidates to vacancies and refers them to clients. Serves as a liaison for both client and candidate through the interview process from initial referral to offer negotiation.

Sales Management Trainee

Attends and participates in management training program under supervision of manager, trainer, or mentor. Builds business contacts by contacting and meeting with warm referrals, develops new business, and maintains current relationships. Learns to understand cost control, read profit and loss statements, and understand what it takes to run a profitable business.: Expands knowledge and expertise through ongoing specialized training. Commercial Sales Representative

Sells industrial products or services in assigned area or territory. Develops new business and maintains long-term relationships with current customers.: Communicates directly with new and existing customers or clients to explain features and merits of industrial products or services offered. Develops new accounts. Demonstrates products or services and provides assistance in the best application of products or services. Answers all questions concerning a product or service, with appropriate referrals where required. Closes transactions and takes orders. Submits time and expense reports to management. Investigates product or service warranty claims to ensure resolution within organization policies. Analyzes and interprets records of present and past sales, trends and costs, estimated and realized revenue, administrative commitments, and obligations incurred for management. Calculates and quotes prices. Plans meetings with all territory accounts to cover business issues, account goals, support programs, and promotional product sales. Maintains technical understanding of industrial products. May coordinate company technical engineering support and services to ascertain customers' needs. May participate in trade shows.

Corporate Sales Representative

Cultivates and maintains favorable contact with corporate accounts of the organization for the sale of products and services in assigned area or territory. Develops new corporate accounts within a territory in a business-to-business sales environment.: Solicits potential new corporate accounts. Sustains a record of high sales achievement. Demonstrates complete knowledge of organization's policies, products, and/or services. Communicates directly with new and existing corporate clients to explain features and merits of products or services offered. Demonstrates product or services and provides assistance in the best application of products or services. Answers all questions concerning a product or service, with appropriate coordination of sales negotiations where required. Closes transactions and takes orders. Telecommunications Sales Representative

Sells telecommunications products or services in assigned area or territory. Communicates directly with new and existing customers or clients to evaluate their needs and to explain features and merits of telecommunications products or services offered.: Develops and qualifies new accounts. Develops and maintains strong client relationships. Works with Sales Engineer to build solutions for clients. Demonstrates telecommunications products or services, and provides assistance in the best application of products or services. Answers all questions concerning a product or service, with appropriate referrals where required. Closes transactions and takes orders. Magazine Sales Representative

Sells advertising space in magazines. Identifies prospective advertisers whose products or services are pertinent for the market of interest to the readers of specific magazines. Contacts advertisers either by phone, e-mail, or in person to sell full page and fractional page ads in magazine(s).: Creates market strategies. Maintains relationships with advertising businesses. Event Sales Representative

Sells private party and corporate functions, growing the client database through networking, and working with an operations staff to ensure the quality experience of every event. Makes and/or takes potential customer calls, sells event space, rooms, stages, tables, chairs, lighting, portable walls, power cords, food and beverage, etc. Follows up with clients on details and payment issues.: Directs, coordinates, and arranges, or assists in directing, coordinating, and arranging for meetings and special events of various sizes. Negotiates contract(s) and assists in planning logistics for conferences, and/or events with respect to budgets, speakers, entertainment, transportation, facilities, technology, equipment, printing, food and beverage, and other related issues. Distributes necessary paperwork to all designated areas to ensure quality experience. Handles any challenges and problems promptly and to the client’s satisfaction. Follows all standard policies and procedures in handling reservations. Performs all promotional plans as directed by management. Develops and improves sales skills through internal and external sources. Works to increase the client database through outside sales efforts, direct mail, phone calls, and networking with local community organizations and associations. Maintains regular contact with current client base. May work the hosted events for purpose of networking and assuring customer satisfaction. May represent company at trade shows and other community events. May plan seating arrangements and maintain comment cards.
