Network Consultant

Leads network related consultancy, solution, design, and implementation activities. Develops and implements complex single or multi-product network/systems projects. Develops solutions or customizes existing network/systems to meet customer needs.: Presents and communicates technical ideas and solutions. Develops project plans and estimates for time frames, quality, and resources required for successful implementation. Establishes criteria for deliverability, performance, maintenance, design, and cost and makes adjustments as needed throughout the project. Prepares regular status reports. Sales Associate For Wireless Sales

Sells new wireless products and services. Assists new and existing customers with the purchase of wireless equipment and services. Presents products and services to prospective customers through demonstrations and development of wireless communications solutions.: Prospects and generates new sales opportunities. Conducts all required processes and procedures to implement new service upon completion of sale. Expanding Machine Operator

Tends machine that expands pipe ends to specified diameter by one of following methods: (1) starts machine that rotates pipe against die to expand end of pipe. (2) places pipe in expanding machine and starts machine that forces mandrels into end to expand pipe to specified diameter. (3) starts machine that inserts and expands cylindrical element within pipe to enlarge pipe to specified diameter. Pushes pipe along conveyor rolls to expander block. Verifies dimensions of pipe end with ring or plug gauge. Important variables may be indicated by trade names of machine used.

Safety Consultant

Consults with client to define need or problem, conducts research, performs studies and surveys to obtain data, and analyzes data to advise on or recommend solution, utilizing knowledge of safety theory, principles, or technology. Security Consultant

Plans, directs, and oversees implementation of comprehensive security systems for protection of individuals, homes, and business, commercial, and industrial organizations, and investigates various crimes against client. Inspects premises to determine security needs. Depending on client, may have subordinate personnel reporting to this position.: Studies physical conditions, observes activities, and confers with client's staff to obtain data regarding internal operations. Analyzes compiled data and plans and directs installation of electronic security systems, such as closed circuit surveillance, entry controls, burglar alarms, ultrasonic motion detectors, electric eyes, and outdoor perimeter and microwave alarms. Directs installation and checks operation of electronic security equipment. Plans and directs personal security and safety of individual, family, or group for contracted period. Provides bulletproof limousine and bodyguards to ensure client protection during trips and outings. Suggests wearing bulletproof vest when appropriate. Plans and reviews client travel itinerary, mode of transportation, and accommodations. Travels with client and directs security operations. Investigates crimes committed against client, such as fraud, robbery, arson, and patent infringement. Reviews personnel records of client staff and conducts background investigation of selected members to obtain personal histories, character references, and financial status. Conducts or directs surveillance of suspects and premises to apprehend culprits. Notifies client of security weaknesses and implements procedures for handling, storing, safekeeping, and destroying classified materials. Reports criminal information to authorities and testifies in court.

Real Estate Sales Consultant

Assists clients, including Real Estate Agents and Brokers, in solving their real estate needs in a specific area, such as listing, selling, leasing, or appraisal of commercial or residential property, using an unbiased and disinterested initial approach for true objectivity. Prospects, researches, analyzes, markets, and/or negotiates the lease and/or sale of real estate. Evaluates client's situation before deciding if assistance in solving the client's real estate needs can be made. Sells products to real estate professionals that increase their ability to gain listing and close more sales.: Determines the client's savvy level and risk tolerance, gathering in-depth information about the client including experience with real estate matters, property currently owned, and adverse situations that occurred in the process of owning, buying, or selling property. Determines and evaluates the client's primary and secondary objectives to be attained. Views each client's situation in light of multiple ways objectives could be reached. Determines the best approach to take to move the client to the desired end result in a timely and cost-effective way. Provides only the service needed and only those services that fall under area(s) of expertise. Provides potential clients with proof of professional licenses, proof of liability insurance, and letters from satisfied clients, and perhaps even phone numbers of people willing to share information about the consultant.

Sales Consultant Wholesale

Advises and assists wholesale sales team to drive revenue by helping to qualify sales opportunities and establish business with new accounts, and to increase sales from the distribution center to new and existing accounts. Works with sales team on developing sales strategies and recommending products to customers, based on customers' needs and interests.
