May be designated according to specific part made as bracelet-form coverer; bracelet former; cushion maker, hand; lining maker, hand; pad assembler.
Distributes and collects time-worked reports or inputs. Reviews employee time-worked reports or inputs for accuracy and to assure information is properly recorded and coded. Verifies proper authorization for time worked. Ensures time worked is correctly allocated to proper account. Reviews computer printout alerting employee of potential problems or errors. Assists with data analysis and development of available solutions or alternatives in economic and technical analyses to support marketing proposals and business recommendations. Establishes credible and effective relationships with trading counterparties or market participants to recognize and develop opportunities. Assists with daily and month-end checkouts with System Operations EMS and billing transactions. Assists with the preparation of power transaction reports for management or regulatory agencies. Assists with support functions during regulatory proceedings.
Sells and services seasonal company products through established accounts in assigned territory. Hosts specialized selling events at retail establishments or at potential customer locations. Provides support to the Lead Sales Associate in the efficient promotion of assigned products through merchandise presentations. Receives and processes orders. Ensures products are accurately displayed.: Provides excellent customer service to visiting customers as they look at and inquire about products, providing information concerning product, pricing, and availability. Assists with product knowledge training to other sales personnel in order to help drive sales. Interprets and enforces company policy and practices. Ensures the adequacy of sales training programs. May recruit, hire, train staff, evaluate employee performance, and recommend or initiate promotions, transfers, and disciplinary action.
Services company seasonal products through retail accounts in assigned territory. Ensures product is accurately displayed and available for consumers. Maintains store presentation standards through day-to-day merchandising of all specific seasonal products, including resets, fixture installation, store sets, retrofits, inventory reconciliation, shelf maintenance, display maintenance, and point of purchase (POP) installation.: Stocks and arranges shelves and seasonal product displays in stores. Tracks store level inventory through product counts. Identifies opportunities for incremental display space to drive volume goals. Assists with product knowledge training to store personnel with the intention of allowing them to better drive sales to the end user. Provides excellent customer service on a daily basis to visiting consumers as they patrol the aisles and inquire about seasonal product(s). Provides daily feedback to the Market Sales Coordinator and District Manager regarding consumer response, retailer response, and business objectives to assist with target goals and objectives.
