Directs and coordinates regional activities of motor transportation company: examines and analyzes rates, tariffs, operating costs, and revenues to determine such needs or requirements as increase in rates and tariffs, reduction of operations and maintenance costs, and expansion of or changes in schedules or routes. Prepares, for management evaluation, recommendations designed to increase efficiency and revenues and lower costs. Reviews replies to passenger complaints and settlement of claims for conformance with company public relations policies and procedures. Inspects terminals for conformance with standards for cleanliness, appearance, and need of repair or maintenance, and directs corrective measures required to meet standards.

Sales Executive Technical Sales

Directs activities, either directly or through subordinates, concerned with sales of products or services of a highly complex nature. Plans, develops, establishes, and implements policies, procedures, and objectives of technical sales function in accordance with objectives of organization. Confers with organization officials to plan technical sales objectives, to develop sales policies, and to coordinate functions. Develops and maintains accounts and responds to bids and proposals. Targets and develops clients through existing database and contacts, advertising resources, and the Internet. Meets with clients to evaluate their technical needs and to recommend and provide consulting solutions.: Analyzes and interprets records of present and past sales, trends and costs, estimated and realized revenue, administrative commitments, and obligations incurred for management. Examines estimates of material, equipment, and production costs, performance requirements, and delivery schedules to ensure completeness and accuracy. Evaluates the market position of competing technical products, services, and organizations and their marketing and sales techniques. Devises sales strategies and promotions to obtain maximum sales volume. Forecasts semi-annual and annual sales projections. Directs preparation of required reports. Interprets and enforces company policy and practices. Ensures the adequacy of sales training programs. May recruit, hire, train staff, evaluate employee performance, and recommend or initiate promotions, transfers, and disciplinary action.

Sales Associate For Wireless Sales

Sells new wireless products and services. Assists new and existing customers with the purchase of wireless equipment and services. Presents products and services to prospective customers through demonstrations and development of wireless communications solutions.: Prospects and generates new sales opportunities. Conducts all required processes and procedures to implement new service upon completion of sale. Initiates follow-up contact with customers to ensure complete satisfaction with all products and services purchased. Participates in the development and execution of promotional activities. Retail Sales Merchandiser

Services and sells to retail accounts within an assigned territory to ensure client standards are met and volume is increased. Interfaces with a number of different retail outlets that carry the manufacturer’s merchandise. Provides service and maintains a good working relationship with retailers. Builds rapport with clients and customers alike.: Sells and ensures quality in-class merchandising to include building displays, packing out product, and replenishing permanent secondary displays and maintaining salability of all authorized items. Achieves all merchandising objectives through the effective use of permanent secondary displays and other display vehicles established within the Retail Execution Plan. Maximizes sales and increases sales volume. Ensures proper level of stock is maintained and displayed appropriately with proper signage and favorable shelf placement. Resolves issues that may arise as a result of these inventory audits, and solves problems at the store level in order to maintain the standards established in the initial sales agreement. Fields questions and proactively develops plans of action in regards to resolving issues. Prepares for and responds to audits. Completes accurate and timely paperwork and reports, recaps, itineraries, timesheets, expense reports, etc. Reports weekly activity, expenses, competitive activity, account changes, promotions, and all administrative functions within assigned territory. Reports daily activities through the use of retail handheld units, synchronizing upon completion of each day.

Surplus-Property Sales Officer

Disposes of surplus property, other than real property, using knowledge of merchandising practices. Inspects property to ascertain condition and estimate market value. Investigates market conditions and facilities to determine time, place, type of sale, and whether items shall be sold individually or in lots. Assigns and directs activities of sales personnel. : Prepares advertising material and selects media for its release. Determines method of property display and sets prices of items to be sold in conformity with value and market. Advises interested parties of salvage possibilities. Recommends destruction or abandonment of property not deemed possible or practical to sell or salvage.

Sales Agent Real Estate

Rents, buys, and sells property for clients on commission basis. Promotes real estate services and solicits owners in order to obtain new listings. Studies property listings to become familiar with properties for sale. Accompanies prospects to property sites, quotes purchase price, describes features, and discusses conditions of sale or terms of lease. Draws up real estate contracts, such as deeds, leases, and mortgages.: Reviews trade journals and attends staff and association meetings to keep informed of marketing conditions, property values, and legislation that would affect real estate industry. Interviews prospective clients to solicit listings. Accompanies prospects to property sites, quotes purchase price, describes features, and discusses conditions of sale or terms of lease. Draws up real estate contracts, such as deeds, leases, and mortgages, and negotiates loans on property. May negotiate loans on property. May hold broker's license. May assist buyer and seller in obtaining pertinent information or services, such as finance, maintenance, repair, or obtaining an appraisal. May obtain pictures and measurements of rooms, doors, windows, or any other specified areas for inclusion in newspaper advertisement and real estate booklets listing description of property. May inspect property to determine if repairs are needed and notify owner. May conduct seminars and training sessions for sales agents to improve sales techniques. May prepare closing statements, oversee signing of real estate documents, disburse funds, and coordinate closing activities.

Catering Sales Manager

Manages the promotion and direction of catering sales activities, including weddings, rehearsal dinners, luncheons, dinners, receptions, dances, anniversary events, business and club meetings, family reunions, holiday parties, and all meetings and food functions, to customers and prospects in the corporate and private market. Identifies and pursues prospective catering customers and secures new business.
