Associate Executive Director Operations

Associate Product Manager

Provides product management and marketing support in accordance with the strategy developed by the Product Manager. Assists in managing the research and development staff and programs with improvement and cost reduction ideas and the introduction of products, processes, and services. Assists in the development of the marketing plan of the product, processes, and services. Recommends potential of new, or ways to improve existing, products, processes, and services.: Researches products, processes, and/or services of comparable competitors. Reviews and evaluates research results and makes appropriate recommendations to management. Tracks and evaluates product performance. Manages individual product-focused projects (prioritization of engineering work, product definitions, etc.) and inventory management and control in conjunction with operations. Analyzes and reports data patterns which affect the marketing of the products, processes, or services. Makes recommendations to enhance the functionality and profitability of the products, processes, or services. Keeps management informed of product updates and on progress of projects. Develops and monitors project budgets and schedules. Controls research expenditures within approved budget limitations. Reviews and evaluates research results. Prepares reports on progress and recommends the addition, expansion, or discontinuance of projects or programs. Develops and maintains relationships with management and sales representatives. May manage activities that are directly related to the product, including sales and customer support. May recruit, hire, and train department staff, evaluate staff performance, and develop goals and objectives for staff.7

Associate Medical Director

Supports the direction and coordination of medical affairs to include quality management, utilization management, case management, and preventive health services. Provides direct assistance to the Medical Director. Requires a medical degree from an accredited medical school and a license to practice. Experience in a managed health plan is typically desired.: Reviews and makes determinations on all questionable physician review decisions. Assists in the development of clinical practice guidelines or case management guidelines. Participates in the review and approval of inter-rater reliability monitoring. Provides medical input into the development of preventive health, quality improvement, and utilization management activities. Assists with the analysis of provider profiles to identify areas for improvement. Serves as an interface in professional or institutional matters between the plan and its providers. May conduct provider profile consultation visits.

Sales Executive Technical Sales

Directs activities, either directly or through subordinates, concerned with sales of products or services of a highly complex nature. Plans, develops, establishes, and implements policies, procedures, and objectives of technical sales function in accordance with objectives of organization. Confers with organization officials to plan technical sales objectives, to develop sales policies, and to coordinate functions. Develops and maintains accounts and responds to bids and proposals. Targets and develops clients through existing database and contacts, advertising resources, and the Internet. Meets with clients to evaluate their technical needs and to recommend and provide consulting solutions.: Analyzes and interprets records of present and past sales, trends and costs, estimated and realized revenue, administrative commitments, and obligations incurred for management. Pharmacy Associate

Assists Pharmacists in filling orders, checking prices, and stocking shelves in a retail pharmacy establishment. Serves customers at a pharmacy counter and processes purchases. Typically requires on-the-job training.: Takes customer orders, delivers customer orders, computes charges, handles payment, and enters data in computer. Determines if proposed medical treatment plans meet contract provisions. May arrange referrals, consultations, therapeutic services, and confer with other specialist on course of care and treatment.

Assists Web Editors with developing, coordinating, editing, and maintaining assigned content on organization or client websites. Communicates web standards and guidelines, content processes, and strategic direction of the website to necessary staff. Ensures that content meets organization's or client's needs. : Confirms project specifications and troubleshoots encountered problems to ensure timely delivery of finished product. Monitors compliance with corporate guidelines. Reviews written submissions for formatting, layout, design, and specification requirements. Serves as backup for other Web Editors. Maintains familiarity with other web applications and new online technologies. Provides advice and counsel on communications, web writing, copy editing, and technical matters.

Sales Associate For Wireless Sales

Sells new wireless products and services. Assists new and existing customers with the purchase of wireless equipment and services. Presents products and services to prospective customers through demonstrations and development of wireless communications solutions.: Prospects and generates new sales opportunities. Conducts all required processes and procedures to implement new service upon completion of sale. Reviews and processes provider applications and determines eligibility by applying NCQA, JCAHO and URAC standards as related to the network. Performs primary source verification for initial and re-credentialing of assigned providers utilizing NCQA and other federal and state regulatory requirements. Analyzes and resolves basic provider issues relative to credentialing, enrollment, billing and payers. Communicates with providers regarding credentialing status and information. Creates and maintains participating provider or practitioner credentialing files. Reviews and analyzes provider file changes. Creates practitioner profiles for re-credentialed practitioners. Prepares and sends application packets to participating providers and facility applicants, requesting the return of basic credentialing information. Reviews applications for completeness and assists the applicant in completing the application. Prepares routine credentialing reports. This position typically requires a experience sufficient to provide a working knowledge of NCQA and JCAHO.

Associate Financial Analyst

Assists in compiling, analyzing and interpreting financial information for management decision-making. Assists organization with financial functions, such as assessing, auditing, planning, budgeting, taxes, consolidation, cost control, and project control. Analyzes past and present financial data of organization and estimates future revenues and expenditures, applying principles of finance. Assists in the compilation of the annual plan capital budget, monthly forecast capital expenditures updates, and the long-range plan capital expenditure projections. Summarizes financial data through the preparation of reports, schedules, statements, invoices, and filings, including rate filings. Analyzes accounts and financial results by developing an understanding of assigned financial and related business transaction flows, including supporting electronic data processing systems. Maintains accurate financial and accounting records which are in compliance with applicable company policies.
