Medical Top Level Nursing Executive

Directs, through managers, supervisors or head nurses, activities of nursing staff. Administers nursing program in hospital or other medical institution to maintaining standards of patient care. This is the highest level position in patient care.: Plans and organizes activities in nursing services, such as obstetrics, pediatrics, or surgery, or for two or more patient-care units to ensure patient needs are met in accordance with instructions of physician and hospital administrative procedures. Coordinates activities with other patient care units. Advises medical staff, department heads, and hospital administrator in matters related to nursing services. Order Entry Clerk

Enters order data into a computer using various data entry devices. Prepares source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information. Reviews source data and resolves discrepancies. : Enters order data by inputting alphabetic and numeric information on keyboard or optical scanner. Maintains data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures. Verifies entered order data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data. Tests system changes and upgrades by inputting new data and reviewing output. Completes data base backups. Maintains confidentiality of any customer information.

Level Glass Forming Machine Operator

Tends battery of automatic machines that flame-cut and form vials for level from glass tubing: inserts tubing in holder to feed machine. Replenishes tubing and replaces fill catch boxes. Examines formed glasses for defects, such as unclosed bottoms, elongated tops or misshapen vials, and notifies machine adjuster of machine malfunctioning. Removes formed glasses to workbench and files points from glasses to leave opening for filling, using half-round file.

Level Glass Vial Filler

Tends equipment that fills glass vials with alcohol or ether solution and leaves air bubble to form vials used in tools and instruments to determine levelness: fills rack with vial-filled cups and lowers rack into tank of solution. Lowers weighted glass cover and moves lever to turn on air pressure. Sets timer for designated time cycle. Shuts off air and raises cover when bell rings. Compares bubbles in random sampling of filled vials with master vial for conformance to size. Refills vials or lets vials stand to evaporate excess fluid to regulate size of bubble. Pours solution from jug into tank to replace used fluid.

IT Operator Data Entry

Enters data into computer using various data entry devices. Enters lists of items, alphabetic, numeric, or symbolic in computer-readable format.: Compares data entered with source documents, or re-enters data in verification format on screen to detect errors. May compile, sort, and verify accuracy of data to be entered. May manipulate existing data, edit current information, or proofread new entries in database for accuracy. May utilize optical scanners. May keep record of work completed.

Advertising Sales Executive

Sells print and/or online display advertising for a publishing company such as a journal, magazine, newspaper, etc. Prospects and secures new accounts using cold calling and e-mails. Serves as a consultant to clients by assisting with media planning, marketing, budgeting, and developing creative marketing strategies for assigned accounts. Directs, develops, and implements the organization's strategic and tactical advertising plans from a business, sales, and technical perspective to grow company revenue in accordance with organization goals and objectives. Plans and executes advertising sales policies of organization. Confers with management to determine sales objectives and develop policies to achieve organization goals. Monitors the market position of competing services and organizations and evaluates their marketing and sales techniques. Develops compelling customized proposals and presentation, and conducts high-level client presentations. Reviews market analyses to determine customer needs, volume potential, price schedules, and discount rates, and develops sales campaigns. Oversees and approves budget planning and sales forecasting and prepares other reports for management as requested. Works in conjunction with and ensures support for sales administration, product development, marketing communications, and research. Assists with the preparation of manuals and technical publications. Communicates and enforces company policy and practices. Trains, directs, develops, motivates, and evaluates sales personnel.

Customer Service Manager

Manages by directing and coordinating subordinate customer service staff in connection with any product or service offered. Manages workers who investigate complaints, such as those concerning rates or service. Analyzes reports of findings and recommends response to complaints, considering nature and complexity of complaints, requirements, and actions of subordinates to ensure settlements are made correctly. Typically reports to director level and may have supervisory positions reporting to this position.: Studies schedules and estimates time, cost, and labor estimates for services, and/or completion of job assignments. May recruit, hire, train staff, evaluate employee performance, and initiate promotions, transfers, and disciplinary action.

Customer Service Advisor

Handles and resolves complex customer queries, complaints, special orders, or in-store returns via e-mail, telephone, and/or in person contact. Interacts with customers to obtain information, identify problem, provide technical assistance, and/or to provide information in response to inquiries about accounts, products, services, and operation or maintenance. Advises Customer Service Representatives on how to handle customer service matters.: Receives and processes orders, provides information concerning availability, pricing, changes in service, discontinuance, and shipping, and expedites and follows up on orders. Investigates and corrects errors, following customer and company records. Adjusts complaints concerning billing or services rendered. Refers complaints of product or service failure to appropriate departments for investigation. Coordinates customers' service needs with other departments as required to ensure customer service. Conducts proactive calls to customer base. Liaises with development, engineering, sales, distributors, and customers.

Sales And Customer Service Agent
