Director Risk Management

Leads and oversees the hospital's risk management (RM) program. Coordinates insurance coverage and risk financing, manages professional and general liability claims against the hospital, and supervises the daily activities of the RM Department. Ensures the facility complies with all applicable regulatory standards while striving to enhance patient safety and quality care and to minimize loss.: Designs and implements risk management surveys and studies; conducts surveys and special projects to assist in long-term planning and changes to facility policies and systems that reduce risk and losses. Top Customer Service Officer

Plans, develops, and establishes policies and objectives of customer service in accordance with objectives of organization. Reports, typically, to Chief Operating Officer and has Director Customer Service reporting to this position.: Confers with organization officials to assure customer service objectives are in concert with business plans and objectives. Develops organizational customer service policies and coordinates related functions. Directs and coordinates customer service programs and activities. Explains firm's customer service programs and how use of programs can promote customer relations and sales. Customer Service Director

Directs employees, through subordinate levels of management, engaged in receiving calls and inquiries, investigating, evaluating, and settling complaints and claims of customers. Assists the Customer Service Top Officer in planning, formulating customer service policies, and directing and coordinating the company's customer service activities. Typically reports to Customer Service Top Officer and Customer Service Managers may report to this position.: Providing administrative support to sales activities may be part of the director's responsibilities. Such administrative support activities may include, but are not limited to, processing customers orders, supplying price quotations, supplying product information, keeping sales statistics, and other related activities. Health Plan Marketing Services Director

Develops and implements an effective marketing plan. Manages the marketing services staff and implements strategies relative to the development and management of an effective marketing plan. Typically requires a bachelor's degree with seven years of client services or marketing experience.: Designs and implements programs to maintain positive relationships between the health plan, physicians, providers, and practice managers. Develops marketing materials and communications for employers and plan members. Maintains awareness of the competitive environment and develops appropriate product and sales strategies. Works with Account Executives to service client groups and assists in the development and management of strategic accounts. Oversees hiring, developing, and managing a qualified staff concerned with the maintenance and expansion of client relationships within the health plan. Oversees preparation, coordination, and delivery of plan performance presentations. Identifies supporting strategies for product and program pricing, retention, and net revenue growth. Medicaid Marketing Director

Directs and manages medical service departments that may include utilization management, inpatient case management, ambulatory case management, disease management, appeals and support functions of the health plan. Develops and implements programs for determining levels and implementing changes in utilization, quality and cost of medical care. Prepares policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory agencies. This position typically requires a licensed nurse or significant experience in the administration of health programs.: Directs and manages medical service departments that may include utilization management, inpatient case management, ambulatory case management, disease management, appeals and support functions of the health plan. Product Marketing Engineer

Develops new product ideas and drives them through the development process, including inception, justification, development, product launch, and maturity. Leads the creation of the product business case based on interactions with customers in the consumer market.: Identifies, quantifies, and justifies new product ideas and potential markets. Contributes to the product roadmap and business strategy, and collaborates with others on the company's long-term vision. Creates comprehensive new product business cases that communicate customer needs and key new product parameters to the product development team, while also justifying the financial investment and working to create products that exploit the advantages of the company. Creates new product launch plans that detail the sales collateral and press engagement. Creates sales tools and conducts sales and distributor trainings. Identifies and engages with key customers to drive product adoption. Manages outside resources to create and publish press releases, advertisements, white papers, and conference materials. Forecasts and is accountable for new product revenue, pricing strategies, and end-of-life activities.

Medicare Marketing Manager

Manages a diversified Medicare marketing program to include development and implementation of various promotional ideas and activities for health services.: Develops and oversees implementation of promotional programs to publicize and promote various Medicare activities, events and services. Oversees and coordinates activities necessary to build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with clients by proactively identifying and meeting service delivery needs. Marketing Sales Communications Manager

Conceives, develops, and administers the organization's advertising strategy including working with outside vendors to create advertising and promotional designs and campaigns. Develops and implements strategy and deliverables for press releases, advertising, seminars, public relations, and electronic and print mailing campaigns. Organizes and manages promotional communications and customer relationship programs between the organization, its external sales representatives and customers, and the advertising media. Manages sales administration and customer office activities. Implements and maintains program's) for sales lead processing/tracking and customer database as well as customer after-sale follow up.

Marketing Director (Experience)

Directs the promotion of the marketing or service activities among customers or prospects; directs representatives who call on existing or potential customers.
