Loss Prevention Retail Manager

Manages all aspects of organization's loss prevention activities, such as asset protection, store safety, training, and oversight of security equipment. Implements and coordinates security and theft prevention programs designed to ensure the protection of company assets and increase profitability. : Reviews reported loss events such as shoplifting, robbery or burglary, destruction or sabotage of company property, employee theft or fraud, or any other internal or external event resulting in loss of company assets. Modifies loss prevention plan to protect against repeat occurrences of loss events. Selects and trains loss prevention personnel, with emphasis on professionalism and safety. Coordinates investigations of loss events, and works with local law enforcement and other prosecuting agencies. Maintains records and reports of loss events, and monitors loss prevention department's contribution to total store shortage reduction. Prepares training materials and may provide training during new employee orientation.

Sales Executive Technical Sales

Directs activities, either directly or through subordinates, concerned with sales of products or services of a highly complex nature. Sales Associate For Wireless Sales

Sells new wireless products and services. Assists new and existing customers with the purchase of wireless equipment and services. Presents products and services to prospective customers through demonstrations and development of wireless communications solutions.: Prospects and generates new sales opportunities. Conducts all required processes and procedures to implement new service upon completion of sale. Initiates follow-up contact with customers to ensure complete satisfaction with all products and services purchased. Participates in the development and execution of promotional activities. Stock Clerk Retail

Inventories, stores, prices, and restocks merchandise displays in retail store. Stocks storage areas and displays with new or transferred merchandise. Sets up advertising signs and displays merchandise on shelves, counters, or tables to attract customers and promote sales. Cleans display cases, shelves, and aisles.: Takes inventory or examines merchandise to identify items to be reordered or replenished. Requisitions merchandise from supplier based on available space, merchandise on hand, customer demand, or advertised specials. Regional Sales Manager Retail

Oversees operations of retail stores in assigned region. Manages the strategic direction of stores within the assigned region, within broad company objectives. Develops and implements short- and long-term marketing plans for sales growth. Builds rapport with clients and customers alike.: Sells and ensures quality in-class merchandising to include building displays, packing out product, and replenishing permanent secondary displays and maintaining salability of all authorized items. Achieves all merchandising objectives through the effective use of permanent secondary displays and other display vehicles established within the Retail Execution Plan. Maximizes sales and increases sales volume. Ensures proper level of stock is maintained and displayed appropriately with proper signage and favorable shelf placement. Resolves issues that may arise as a result of these inventory audits, and solves problems at the store level in order to maintain the standards established in the initial sales agreement. Fields questions and proactively develops plans of action in regards to resolving issues. Prepares for and responds to audits. Completes accurate and timely paperwork and reports, recaps, itineraries, timesheets, expense reports, etc. Reports weekly activity, expenses, competitive activity, account changes, promotions, and all administrative functions within assigned territory. Reports daily activities through the use of retail handheld units, synchronizing upon completion of each day.

Seasonal Sales Associate

Sells and services seasonal company products through established accounts in assigned territory. Hosts specialized selling events at retail establishments or at potential customer locations. Provides support to the Lead Sales Associate in the efficient promotion of assigned products through merchandise presentations. Receives and processes orders. Ensures products are accurately displayed.: Provides excellent customer service to visiting customers as they look at and inquire about products, providing information concerning product, pricing, and availability. Assists with product knowledge training to other sales personnel in order to help drive sales. Provides feedback to management regarding consumer response, retailer response, and business objectives to assist with target goals and objective.
