Account Executive Field Sales Representative

Submits time and expense reports to management. May coordinate company technical engineering support and services to ascertain customers needs. May specialize in a specific product or service. May be responsible for sales budget. May attend trade shows and conferences.

Account Manager Client Services

Manages and motivates a staff to help deliver outstanding service and strong account management to a broad customer base. Manages the service or sale of certain accounts, with duties entailing estimating and analyzing records of present and past operations, trends and costs, estimated and realized revenue, administrative commitments, and obligations incurred. Account Services Director

Oversees, leads, directs, and manages the account services group. Facilitates new business growth with existing clients to generate additional revenue. Manages relationships, generates revenue within client base, and provides client support at the organizational level. Partners with the account management staff in the development of strategic solutions and business development. Manages on-boarding of new business into account services team.: Coordinates with the account management staff on customer-specific items. Assumes responsibility for client retention and satisfaction. Leads in developing business from select prospects, in coordination with top management goals and objectives. Supports top management with client presentations, and collaborates with marketing on various conferences and/or presentations. Coordinates customer visits and other day-to-day activities with the account management staff. Schedules and participates in annual client reviews. Coordinates reporting needs from each group and works to deliver standard reporting instruments. Schedules and manages various in-market activities and events. Drives service and reporting standards within group for assigned accounts. Controls costs with focus on improving yield through collaboration with other internal operating teams. Assures smooth billing/invoicing process and account receivable collection. Conducts orientation sessions on-site, or via web technology for specific clients. Keeps abreast of emerging technology changes and innovations through formal or informal study, reading business and professional publications, networking, and participation in professional organizations. Utilizes superior communications skills to motivate staff and develop effective working relationships with peers, executives, and clients. Oversees and manages the professional development and productivity of staff members to ensure proper goals, training, professional development, and project requirements are met. Addresses employee performance problems in accordance with personnel policies of the organization. Coaches, trains, and mentors direct reports, and provides career development opportunities though active recruitment, training, and quality management activities. Conducts annual performance reviews for all staff within department.

Appraiser Residential

Appraises improved or unimproved residential property to determine value for purchase, sale, investment, mortgage, or loan purposes. Inspects residential property for construction, condition, and functional design and takes property measurements. Considers factors, such as depreciation, reproduction costs, value comparison of similar property, and income potential, when computing final estimation of property value. Considers location and trends or impending changes that could influence future value of residential property. Typically requires a four-year college degree in a related or appropriate field; however, some companies may accept equivalent education and experience combined.: Interviews people familiar with residential property and immediate surroundings, such as contractors, home owners, and other realtors to obtain pertinent information. Searches public records for transactions, such as sales, leases, and assessments. Photographs interiors and exteriors of residential property, to assist in estimating property value, to substantiate findings, and to complete appraisal report. Prepares written report, utilizing data collected and submits report to corroborate value established. May direct activities of appraisers. May evaluate staff job performance and recommend measures to improve performance according to establishment policies and procedures.

Account Executive Advertising

Promotes, plans, develops, coordinates, and directs advertising campaign for clients of advertising agency. Confers with client to determine advertising requirements and budgetary limitations, utilizing knowledge of product or service to be advertised, media capabilities, and audience characteristics. Confers with agency artists, copywriters, photographers, and other media-production specialists to select media to be used and to estimate costs. Requires a four-year college degree in a related field in addition to job related experience.: Submits proposed program and estimated budget to client for approval. Coordinates activities of workers engaged in marketing research, writing copy, laying out artwork, purchasing media time and space, developing special displays and promotional items, and performing other media-production activities, in order to carry out approved campaign.

Account Installation Specialist Associate

Administers the installation of assigned accounts under general direction including, but not limited to, structure and billing setup, eligibility collection, database loading, and preparation of plan materials, such as administrative documents and customer education materials.: Provides support to assigned accounts by responding to inquiries and resolving issues of concern. May provide guidance or expertise to less experienced representatives.

Typically reports to Account Manager Sales, or equivalent manager, and is the first level of supervision.: Interprets accounts and records to management. Usually a position that requires sales activities.

Air Conditioning Installer (Residential)

Installs, services, and repairs window air conditioning units, ranging from one-half to three tons, in private residences and small establishments. : Inspects existing wiring, fuses, or circuit breaker panels on customer's premises to ensure adequate power supply for operating air conditioner or heating unit. Measures window, transom, or other existing openings for air conditioning unit, using measuring tape or rule, or cuts opening through wall, using mallet and cold chisel. Assembles and positions support brackets in place, using screws, clamps, or other braces, and power tools and hand tools. Fills space between window support and edge of opening with caulking compound and filler board. Places air conditioner on support frame and secures unit in position, leveling unit, using screws, clips, and bolts. Starts unit, adjusts controls, and listens for excessive noise or sounds indicating malfunction. Examines malfunctioning unit for defective parts, utilizing knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration theory, to determine cause of malfunction. Dismantles whole or part of unit, as indicated by type of malfunction, and repairs or replaces such parts as switches, relays, fan motors, thermostats, and other components, using hand tools and power tools. Replaces filters, lubricates unit, and adjusts controls. Reassembles unit, making necessary adjustments to ensure efficient operation. May give instructions to customer regarding operation and care of unit. May estimate cost of repairs or adjustments. May remove unit from customer's premises for major repairs or overhaul in shop, or for return to manufacturer for extensive repairs. May repair sealed refrigeration units of machines. Premium Billing Account Analyst

Coordinates and analyzes group insurance customer billing and accounts receivable. Performs most work independent of direct supervision. Typically requires a minimum of one year of experience in customer billing and accounts receivable.: Contacts customers by telephone and mail regarding payments, banking programs, billing options, account reconciliations, collections, cancellations, and lapses. Discusses reinstatements with customers. Analyzes and reports financial information. Interacts with other departments and performs special tasks to obtain and/or coordinate customer billing and accounts receivable information.
