Drives bus to transport workers between recruiting point and agricultural work area: ascertains from employer work to be performed, number of workers required, and area or field where workers are required. Acute Dialysis Registered Nurse

Plans and provides acute dialysis patient care, related procedures, and treatments. Initiates, monitors, evaluates, and administers acute dialysis procedures and medications needed for the patient. Communicates and documents the necessary patient care plans.: Performs patient assessments, administers medications, and ensures the implementation of physician orders. Analyzes patient data including status of vascular accesses, lab work, and patient assessments and makes recommendations to the Physician. Develops short- and long-term treatment plans involving assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation, and education. Communicates with the Physician and other members of the healthcare team to interpret, adjust, and complete age-specific care for the dialysis patient to achieve treatment outcomes in keeping with established patient care standards. Telemetry Registered Nurse

Provides nursing care to telemetry patients in assigned care unit or department. Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate telemetry patient care.: Demonstrates critical thinking and performance ability and uses clinical judgment in evaluation activities to meet patient care needs of an assigned unit/floor, including establishing priorities. Performs focused interviews to identify specific patient’s needs. Assesses signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition. Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses. Documents the patient's plan of care using identified nursing diagnoses, expected patient outcomes, and selected nursing interventions. Identifies and prioritizes actions based upon patient care requirements. Monitors consistency between patient plan of care and actions of medical staff. Performs interventions according to identified priorities, plan of care, hospital or medical facility policies, and patient care outcome standard. Provides a safe, comfortable, and therapeutic patient environment. Initiates and evaluates patient and/or family education. Revises the plan of care according to evaluation, changes in medical plan of care, and effective and/or ineffective nursing interventions. Monitors safety and effectiveness of the environment and equipment. Performs according to nursing standards, and is accountable in managing patient care and assisting others in the management of patient care.

Registered Nurse

Provides general nursing care to patients in hospital, nursing home, infirmary, or similar health care facility. Administers prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with approved nursing techniques. Prepares equipment and aids physician during treatments and examinations of patients.
