Leads and oversees the promotion and direction of the sales or service activities among customers or prospects in a region. Directs the strategic planning, budgeting, analysis, and administration of the Regional Sales Department.: Reviews and analyzes market data to develop and implement business plan and utilize company resources to maximize sales effectiveness. Ensures marketing plans and strategies are implemented effectively resulting in achievement of sales forecasts for assigned districts. Reports and monitors routinely the status of personnel and products in assigned districts. Evaluates and submits recommendations on performance and salary reviews to VP of Sales and Marketing. Reviews implementation of sales plan on quarterly basis to ensure objectives are being achieved. Reviews assigned districts continually to analyze methods of obtaining additional business. Implements all dimensions of marketing strategies on regional level through effective management of all resources in order to meet quarterly and yearly company sales objectives. Communicates expectations and standard of performance. Supervises, manages, and oversees all Sales Representatives in appointed region. Counsels and coaches Sales Representatives to overcome performance deficiencies. Implements performance improvement plans or termination activities when necessary, working with VP of Sales and Human Resources Manager. Assists in recruiting, coaching, and training as needed. May participate in local and regional trade shows.

Regional Executive Director Health Plans

Directs the overall operation and provides executive leadership in a regional health plan.: This is the top regional executive and a principal organization leader in the health plan. Responsible for the profitability of the regional organization. Establishes strategic plans and guides implementation. Regional Finance Executive

Directs and coordinates the regional health system or hospital’s fiscal management to achieve its operational and strategic goals and initiatives in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.: Plans, organizes, and directs all activities related to financial management, including financial planning, budgeting, accounting systems, controllership, patient financial services, reimbursement, external financing, and treasury and investment. Advises and educates management on financial matters that impact operations. Organizes and monitors revenue cycle functions of the regional hospital or health system. Directs and prepares financial analyses of operations for guidance of management. Reports and recommends financial policies and programs to top management. Plans and directs new operational procedures to obtain optimum efficiency and reduced costs. Directs receipt, disbursement, and expenditures of money or capital assets. Approves and signs documents effecting monetary transactions. Directs the activities concerned with safekeeping, control, and accounting for assets and securities. Directs preparation of budgets and financial forecasts. Analyzes opportunities for acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures and other strategic alliances. Directs the preparation of reports which outline the region's financial position in areas of income, expenses, and earnings based on past, present and future operations. This position typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in finance and may require certification as a Certified Public Accountant.

Wildlife Agent Regional

Supervises and coordinates activities of fish and game wardens engaged in enforcing fish and game laws, reporting crops and property damage by wildlife, and compiling biological data: studies and surveys assigned region to learn topography and available cover and feed for wildlife. Subdivides region into geographical districts and submits request for fish and game wardens to patrol districts. Plans location of access roads, trails, sanitary facilities, boat launching sites, and parking areas, based on number of people using area. Trains and assists subordinates to solve work problems and to interpret directives and regulations. Observes issuance of citations, apprehension of game law violators, and seizure of equipment to verify compliance with laws and regulations. Evaluates and submits efficiency reports on subordinates, and initiates personnel actions such as reprimand, disciplinary action, transfer, or discharge. Addresses school, civic, and sports groups on wildlife and recreational activities. Arranges for witnesses and evidence to be used at court trials of game law violators. Compiles consolidated report of region activities and approves requests for new equipment.

Regional Vice President

Directs and coordinates activities and overall management of the operations of a region of an organization. Participates in formulating and administering regional policies and developing long-range goals and objectives. Reviews analyses of activities, costs, operations, and forecasts data to determine region progress toward stated goals and objectives. Regional Sales Manager Retail

Oversees operations of retail stores in assigned region. Manages the strategic direction of stores within the assigned region, within broad company objectives. Develops and implements short- and long-term marketing plans for sales growth. Regional Director

Directs the administration, planning, and management activities of an organization in an assigned region. Assumes responsibility for achieving the mission, goals, and objectives of the organization within the region.: Develops operational plans in collaboration with the management team and other regional staff. May approve requisitions for equipment, materials, and supplies.

Regional Superintendent Railroad Car Inspection & Repair

Plans and coordinates inspection, maintenance, and repair of railroad equipment within assigned railroad region: analyzes productivity and budget reports to determine allocation of work force, and equipment and productivity of inspection and repair facilities within assigned region. Confers with shop and yard supervisory personnel and shippers to stay apprised of daily work schedules and to ensure priority scheduling of repairs for railcars needed back in service. Oversees administrative matters, such as training policies, budget allocations, and equipment replacement. Monitors administration of safety program, according to company rules, union agreements, and federal regulations.
