Project Manager (Experience)

Plans, directs, and coordinates activities of projects to ensure that goals or objectives of projects are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters. May report to a director and may have supervisors reporting to this position. NOTE: ERI's findings based on experience.: Reviews project proposal or plan to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing projects, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of projects. Establishes work plan and multi-disciplinary staffing for each phase of project, and arranges for recruitment or assignment of project personnel. In larger organizations may have the responsibility of managing project supervisors/leaders assigned to specific projects. Confers with project staff to outline work plan and to assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority. May manage sub-contractors and their workforce. Directs and coordinates activities of project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget. Reviews status reports prepared by project personnel and modifies schedules or plans as required. Prepares project reports for management, client, or others. Confers with project personnel to provide technical advice and to resolve problems.

Assistant Manager Retail Store (Experience)

Assists in managing daily operations of a retail store. Performs a variety of duties personally and/or supervises employees performing duties. Plans and prepares work schedules and assigns employees to specific duties. Prepares or directs workers preparing merchandise displays and advertising copy. Performs sales work, takes inventories, reconciles cash with sales receipts, keeps operating records, and/or prepares daily record of transactions. Reports to Store Manager and supervises subordinate staff. NOTE--ERI'S findings based on years of experience.: Acts as manager in manager's absence. Orders merchandise or prepares requisitions to replenish merchandise on hand. Ensures compliance of employees with established security, sales, and record keeping procedures and practices.

Call Center Nurse RN

Provides telephone triage to member of the health plan. Advises and instructs callers on proper health care after assessing the urgency of symptoms or complaints.: Answers telephone inquiries, assesses symptoms and provides assistance to members of the health plan in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols. Provides clinical nursing evaluation and assessment and instructs callers to seek appropriate medical care. Notifies physician on call with pertinent medical information or if consultation is deemed necessary by nurse. Provides nursing referral to appropriate and available resources, including affiliated services, affiliated medical practice or community resource. Enters data into a computerized database and forwards facsimiles to appropriate health providers. Consults and facilitates after hours communication with physicians, nurses, hospital staff and outside agencies. Communicates with pharmacies and providers to refill medications or to clarify prescriptions. Typically requires graduation from an accredited School of Nursing as a Registered Nurse with two years of hospital or public health nursing experience. May provide health insurance eligibility, pharmacy benefits, provider information, and other information to callers.

Nurse Registered

Provides general nursing care to patients in hospital, nursing home, infirmary, or similar health care facility. Administers prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with approved nursing techniques. Prepares equipment and aids physician during treatments and examinations of patients. Observes patient, records significant conditions and reactions, and notifies supervisor or physician of patient's condition and reaction to drugs, treatments, and significant incidents. Requires RN license.: Takes temperature, pulse, blood pressure, and other vital signs to detect deviations from normal and determines progress of patient. May rotate among various clinical services of institution, such as obstetrics, surgery, orthopedics, outpatient and admitting, pediatrics, psychiatry, and tuberculosis. May prepare rooms, sterile instruments, equipment and supplies, and hand items to Surgeon, Obstetrician, or other medical practitioner. May make beds, bathe, and feed patients. May serve as leader for group of personnel rendering nursing care to number of patients.

Manager National Sales (Experience)

Manages the nation wide promotion and direction of a sales organization. Coordinates development of sales objectives, strategies, and advertising and promotional programs, and ensures execution. Develops and evaluates annual sales plan and expense plan for each area in the country. Develops national objectives for field sales activity. Integrates and differentiates in the field sales efforts the roles of marketing staff, marketing management, and general sales managers. Holds meetings to coordinate efforts of sales staff. Develops and implements optimum use of manpower. Typically reports to a Vice President and may have supervisors or subordinate sales staff reporting to this position.: Periodically visits key national markets to ensure that national accounts are properly managed. Reviews market analyses to determine customer needs, volume potential, price schedules, and discount rates, and develops sales campaigns. Represents company at industry association meetings and trade shows to promote product. Acts as liaison between sales and other departments. Participates in budget preparation. Assists other departments within establishment to prepare manuals and technical publications. Prepares periodic sales reports showing sales volumes and potential sales. Develops contract strategy. Manages distributor affairs. Approves selection of personnel, organizes, trains and develops staff, evaluates performance, and recommends compensation.

Ventilator

Fastens human hair to foundation material to make wigs: arranges specified strands of hair between cards equipped with rows of wire teeth. Pulls several strands through teeth of card, cuts ends even, and forms loops in ends. Hooks strands in holes of foundation (on head model) with ventilating needle (similar to fine crochet needle) and knots them to fasten hair securely. Cuts off uneven ends protruding beyond knots and repeats operations until wig is completed according to sample or instructions. Combs out hair when wig is finished. May be designated according to area of wig worked on as first front ventilator; part maker.

Prepares educational materials and assists in planning and developing health and educational programs for industrial and community groups. Advises in services available through community resources. Consults with nursing groups concerning professional and educational problems. Prepares or furnishes data for articles and lectures. Participates in surveys and research studies. May have broad hospital-wide activities. May aid schools in planning nursing curriculums. May aid hospitals and public health nursing services in developing and carrying out staff education programs.
