Regional Sales Executive

Plans, develops, and establishes policies and objectives of sales function for an assigned region in accordance with strategic objectives of organization. Confers with organization officials to plan sales objectives, to develop sales policies, and to coordinate functions in the assigned region.: Evaluates the market position of competing products, services, and organizations and their marketing and sales techniques. Analyzes sales statistics to formulate policies and assists in promoting sales. Directs preparation of reports. Formulates and recommends policies and programs. Interprets and enforces company policies and practices. Ensures the adequacy of training programs. May recruit, hire, train staff, evaluate employee performance, and recommend or initiate promotions, transfers, and disciplinary action.

Regional Director

Directs the administration, planning, and management activities of an organization in an assigned region. Assumes responsibility for achieving the mission, goals, and objectives of the organization within the region.: Develops operational plans in collaboration with the management team and other regional staff. Ensures that program, finance, sales, and other objectives are met. Implements and supports organization's programs and promotions to help generate new sales leads for optimum growth. Oversees all program revenue goals. Oversees expense goals by working with managers to manage payroll and general and administrative expenses. Assists in the design, planning, promotion, execution, and evaluation of regional programs, developing and implementing approved standards and guidelines. Develops program objectives, identifies discrepancies, and implements recommendations. Prepares budget for the region, and develops procedures for monitoring and justifying expenditures. Develops, maintains, and implements policies and procedures. Reviews and analyzes expenditure, financial, and operations reports. Maintains current knowledge of competitors in the region. Ensures that the facilities meet standards for cleanliness, maintenance, safety, security, and physical plant operations. Ensures compliance with organizational, State, and Federal policies, standards, and requirements. Hires, trains, motivates, directs, coaches, and evaluates all managers. May approve requisitions for equipment, materials, and supplies.

Regional Sales Director

Leads and oversees the promotion and direction of the sales or service activities among customers or prospects in a region. Directs the strategic planning, budgeting, analysis, and administration of the Regional Sales Department.: Reviews and analyzes market data to develop and implement business plan and utilize company resources to maximize sales effectiveness. Ensures marketing plans and strategies are implemented effectively resulting in achievement of sales forecasts for assigned districts. Reports and monitors routinely the status of personnel and products in assigned districts. Evaluates and submits recommendations on performance and salary reviews to VP of Sales and Marketing. Maintains in-depth knowledge of buying groups and reports updates to VP of Sales and Marketing. Serves as company liaison between corporate office and Field Sales Representatives. Attends and participates in meetings as requested by management. Provides assistance and instruction to Area Managers. Reviews implementation of sales plan on quarterly basis to ensure objectives are being achieved. Reviews assigned districts continually to analyze methods of obtaining additional business. Implements all dimensions of marketing strategies on regional level through effective management of all resources in order to meet quarterly and yearly company sales objectives. Communicates expectations and standard of performance. Supervises, manages, and oversees all Sales Representatives in appointed region. Counsels and coaches Sales Representatives to overcome performance deficiencies. Implements performance improvement plans or termination activities when necessary, working with VP of Sales and Human Resources Manager. Assists in recruiting, coaching, and training as needed. May participate in local and regional trade shows.

Regional Sales Manager Retail

Inside Sales Engineer

Sells and promotes products, systems, and services requiring technical knowledge of engineering and/or science and cost effectiveness using either inbound or outbound telephone calls, electronic media, and direct mail to selected customers and prospects.: Prospects and develops relationships with potential customers, or leads, to cultivate new business. Calls on management representatives to convince them of the desirability and practicability of products and services offered. Initiates sales calls to existing customers to assess the need for replenishing inventories. Follows up on leads from trade shows and other corporate marketing efforts. Works with customers and production engineering to determine how products or services could be designed or modified to best suit customers' needs. Demonstrates to potential customers how and why products and services would suit customer needs better than competitors products. Develops and prepares financial and operational estimates. Proposes changes in equipment or use of materials resulting in cost reduction or operational improvement. Reports on market changes affecting company products and services. May provide technical service for equipment and/or technical training for client employees.

Technical Sales Engineer

Provides technical assistance in support of pre-sales, post-sales, and sales activities. Advises customers on technical issues in order to promote the company's products and services.: Maintains technical expert knowledge of the company's products and services. Contacts potential and existing customers, researches customer needs, and develops application of products and services. Advises customers on how to best utilize the company's products and services. Meets established sales goals. Provides technical support and expertise to retain existing and attract new customers. Responds to all pre-sales technical issues. Initiates sales proposals. Develops market strategies to increase revenue and achieve business goals. Provides input to development of new products to the Product Manager and Director of Engineering. Manages technical relationships between the company and resellers/distributors. Evaluates, trains, and supports resellers/distributors to sell and support the company’s products and services. May provide technical service for equipment and/or technical training for client employees.
