Regional Sales Executive

Plans, develops, and establishes policies and objectives of sales function for an assigned region in accordance with strategic objectives of organization. Confers with organization officials to plan sales objectives, to develop sales policies, and to coordinate functions in the assigned region.: Evaluates the market position of competing products, services, and organizations and their marketing and sales techniques. Analyzes sales statistics to formulate policies and assists in promoting sales. Directs preparation of reports. Formulates and recommends policies and programs. Interprets and enforces company policies and practices. Ensures the adequacy of training programs. May recruit, hire, train staff, evaluate employee performance, and recommend or initiate promotions, transfers, and disciplinary action.

Regional Director

Directs the administration, planning, and management activities of an organization in an assigned region. Assumes responsibility for achieving the mission, goals, and objectives of the organization within the region.: Develops operational plans in collaboration with the management team and other regional staff. Ensures that program, finance, sales, and other objectives are met. Implements and supports organization's programs and promotions to help generate new sales leads for optimum growth. Oversees all program revenue goals. Oversees expense goals by working with managers to manage payroll and general and administrative expenses. Assists in the design, planning, promotion, execution, and evaluation of regional programs, developing and implementing approved standards and guidelines. Develops program objectives, identifies discrepancies, and implements recommendations. Prepares budget for the region, and develops procedures for monitoring and justifying expenditures. Develops, maintains, and implements policies and procedures. Reviews and analyzes expenditure, financial, and operations reports. Maintains current knowledge of competitors in the region. Ensures that the facilities meet standards for cleanliness, maintenance, safety, security, and physical plant operations. Ensures compliance with organizational, State, and Federal policies, standards, and requirements. Hires, trains, motivates, directs, coaches, and evaluates all managers. May approve requisitions for equipment, materials, and supplies.

Regional Account Manager

Manages the service or sale of certain accounts in a region, with duties entailing estimating and analyzing records of present and past operations, trends and costs, estimated and realized revenue, administrative commitments, and obligations incurred.: Participates in the development and implementation of sales strategy and objectives and assists in the overall management of sales in the region. Identifies, researches, communicates, and implements strategy for new areas of profitability and incremental new business opportunities. Develops and manages new and existing customers. Generates new business leads through networking, attending trade shows, researching, and using Internet tools. Finds and contacts potential new customers. Keeps in contact with clients, answers their questions, and deals with complaints. Schedules and meets weekly sales goals to including phone calls and in-person client visits. Interprets accounts and records to management. Meets with managers to develop, review, and discuss plans for regional development. May be responsible for sales budget.

Regional Human Resources Manager

Provides Human Resources leadership and strategic direction for a region, advising both on employee-related and organizational matters. Develops, implements, and leads key Human Resources processes and initiatives, such as recruitment, staffing, communication, performance management, training and development, compensation, talent and succession management, employee relations, policy development, etc. : Coaches and develops local human resources staff. Identifies and resolves actual and potential employee problems through analysis of performance appraisals, counseling and coaching sessions, and exit interviews. Serves as contact point for regional employees on all Human Resources related issues and troubleshoots as needed. Creates and implements recruiting, hiring, and retention strategies and processes for the region. Oversees succession planning throughout the region. Develops assessment and training programs. Implements strategies to improve communication to all employees. Drives diversity initiatives by developing leadership in the management team. Analyzes statistical data to create metrics and develop quantitative measures.

Regional Retail Store Construction Manager

Manages and oversees the construction of retail stores in an assigned region. Studies specifications to plan procedures for construction on basis of starting and completion times and staffing requirements for each phase of construction, based on knowledge of available tools and equipment and various building methods.: Visits construction sites. Inspects the work of contractors. Collaborates with contractors to resolve any issues and escalates any unresolved issues. Orders store fixtures and/or furnishings. Tracks and records expenses. Reviews status reports prepared by contractors and modifies schedules or plans as required. Prepares project reports for management. Provides technical advice as needed.

Regional Sales Manager Retail

Oversees operations of retail stores in assigned region. Manages the strategic direction of stores within the assigned region, within broad company objectives. Develops and implements short- and long-term marketing plans for sales growth. Typically this job oversees Zone or District Managers; the next level in the organization above this job is typically a Division Vice President or General Manager. Reviews replies to passenger complaints and settlement of claims for conformance with company public relations policies and procedures. Inspects terminals for conformance with standards for cleanliness, appearance, and need of repair or maintenance, and directs corrective measures required to meet standards.

Represents company at industry association meetings and trade shows to promote product. Acts as liaison between sales and other departments. Participates in budget preparation. Assists other departments within establishment to prepare manuals and technical publications. Prepares periodic sales reports showing sales volumes and potential sales. Interprets company policy to ensure company objectives are met. Directs product simplification and standardization to eliminate unprofitable items from sales line. Promotes satisfactory customer relations. Works closely with company personnel to ensure prompt service to customers. Keeps informed on company contract procedures and product pricing. May direct staffing and training to develop sales program.
