Management Services Organization Executive

Directs the overall operation and provides executive leadership in a management services organization.: Responsible for the profitability of a management services organization that manages business operations such as human resources, materials management, employee health and safety and financial management to improve productivity, lower costs, and enhance revenue. Establishes strategic plans and guides implementation. Confers with executive management to plan operational objectives, to develop policies and procedures, to coordinate functions and operations between divisions, departments and satellite locations, and to establish responsibilities and procedures for attaining objectives. Reviews activity reports and financial statements to determine progress and status in attaining objectives and revises objectives and plans in accordance with current conditions. Directs and coordinates formulation of financial programs and guides changes needed to reach financial goals. Represents the organization to major external authorities and constituencies. Plans and develops labor, and public relations policies designed to improve relations with patients, providers, employees, and the general public. Selects and evaluates performance of executive staff for compliance with established policies and objectives and contributions in attaining objectives. An advanced degree in a field of health or business is typically required for this position.

Organization Mission Services Executive

Provides guidance and leadership in the definition and implementation of mission, philosophy, and core values into the delivery of health care.: Works to increase management’s commitment to incorporate mission, philosophy, and values into the delivery of health care. Develops and directs programs and services that enhance the knowledge, power and effectiveness of the organization. Increases awareness and understanding of the organization’s mission by expressing it often through various means and styles. Advances the values and culture of organization by providing advice, facts, and/or records vital and essential to the mission. Promotes the intellectual capital of the organization and serves as a resource for educational materials related to understanding the mission. Analyzes department budget to identify budget needs and or reductions, and may allocate operating budget's funds. This position typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in business or a related health care field and experience in related areas.

Administrator School (Primary/High School)

Directs administration of elementary or secondary school within authority of governing board. Develops or expands programs or services. Administers fiscal operations such as budget planning and accounting. Directs hiring and training of personnel. A master's degree in education plus experience is typically required for carrying out the responsibilities for this job. May be required to have certification from State.: Negotiates for improvement of and additions to school buildings and equipment. Directs and coordinates activities of teaching and administrative staffs and services. Develops policies and procedures for various school activities.

High Risk Pregnancy Specialist

Specializes in diagnoses and manages complications of pregnancy. Handles complicated or unusual high risk pregnancies or pregnancies that require care by a team of trained individuals. Performs advanced ultrasound, with an explanation of the findings. Provides consultation, answering questions and suggesting management plans to patient's regular care provider. Requires two-year subspecialty training in Maternal-Fetal Medicine following medical school and a four-year residency in obstetrics and gynecology.: Manages some aspects of patient's care while regular care provider manages prenatal care and the delivery of the baby. Provides the obstetric health care team an awareness of the most recent approaches to the diagnosis and treatment of obstetrical problems, along with the diagnostic and therapeutic techniques for optimal management of complicated pregnancies. May manage complete pregnancy care if regular provider requests it.

Proposal Writer

Responds to RFP, RFQ, and RFI's for the organization. Manages the complete proposal creation process to include coordinating with team members, assembling writing templates, tracking the proposal through deadline, and gathering the requirements to ensure the proposal meets all the guidelines. : Writes, edits, and manages all elements of proposals, meeting specific pre-determined deadlines. Organizes and facilitates proposal kickoffs, meetings, review sessions, etc. Partners with sales team and subject matter experts to develop customized, competitive, responsive, and compliant proposal sections. Designs, formats, and updates standard proposal templates. Participates in production of proposals to include printing, binding, and shipping. Creates graphics to illustrate concepts in proposals. Provides quality assurance on formatting and content. Assists in the development of new proposal ideas. Manages production and distribution of documents. Maintains proposal tracking database.

Organization Analysis Supervisor

Supervises and coordinates activities of employees engaged in activities to improve productivity and processes. Supervises the analysis of organizational structures, responsibilities, teamwork, capabilities of incumbents, business or operating procedures, reporting relationships, processes, and work flow to devise most efficient methods of accomplishing work. Studies schedules and estimates time, cost, and labor estimates for completion of job assignments. Develops and implements methods and procedures for monitoring work activities, such as preparation of records of expenditures, progress reports, etc., in order to inform management of current status or work activities. Analyzes department budget to identify budget needs and/or reductions, and may allocate operating budgets funds. This position typically reports to a manager and is the first level of supervision in the organization.: Interprets company policy to employees and enforces safety regulations. Directs the study of work problems and internal disconnects and procedures, such as organizational change, communications, quality control, information flow, integrated production methods, inventory control, or cost analysis. Gathers and organizes information on problem or processes including present operating processes. Analyzes data gathered, develops information, and considers all available solutions or alternate methods of proceeding. Organizes and documents findings of studies, and prepares recommendations for implementation of new systems, procedures, or organizational changes. Confers with personnel concerned to assure smooth functioning of newly implemented systems or procedures. May participate in manpower planning and succession planning. May install new systems and train personnel in application and team building. May conduct operational effectiveness reviews to ensure functional or project systems are applied as designed and functioning satisfactorily. May recruit, hire, train staff, evaluate employee performance, and recommend or initiate promotions, transfers, and disciplinary action. May develop or update functional or operating manuals outlining established methods of performing work in accordance with organizational policy. May participate in office and work space planning.

Drives and operates machinery, such as crane loader, dump truck, and manure-turning machine, to move and treat straw and manure and dirt for use in mushroom beds: operates crane loader to scoop wet manure from wet pit and dry manure from dry stack and dumps dry and wet manure into dump truck bed. Drives dump truck to haul manure to shed-covered area and dumps manure into rows. Drives dump truck loaded with dirt to rows of manure and moves levers to dump dirt over manure. Operates manure-turning machine to turn and mix manure with dirt and specified additives. Drives scoop loader to push manure from place to place on mushroom farm and to load manure onto trucks.

High Density Press Operator

Tends steam-heated hydraulic press which compresses paper and cardboard to form insulation board: positions preformed cardboard and paper on bed of press. Starts press to lower ram, and turns steam valve to bond paper and cardboard together. Closes valve, raises ram, and removes finished board from press. May tend semiautomatic press that forms insulation panels and transfers them to trimming and painting machines, monitoring temperature and pressure gauges to maintain press conditions within plant standards. May measure thickness of pressed board, using micrometer, to determine conformity of product to specifications.
