Leasing Manager/Property

Directs land and leasing department to secure leases, options, right-of-ways, and special agreements covering land. Studies leases bought, prices paid, and other negotiations of competing companies in specified areas, and determines expenditure necessary to obtain leases and other contracts in those areas. May advise client relative to financing, purchasing, or selling property. May prepare periodic inventory of building contents and forward listing to owner for review. May contact utility companies to arrange for transfer of service for tenants. May assist with eviction of tenants in compliance with court order and directions from lawyer and owner.

Property Handyman

Performs a variety of duties to maintain and repair property. : Cleans buildings, washes windows, and empties trashcans, using brooms, cleaning supplies, and floor buffer. Paints interior and exterior walls and trim, using paint and painting tools. Maintains and repairs buildings' plumbing and electrical systems, including replacing worn or defective parts, such as switches and fuses. Repairs or replaces building brick, stone, and concrete. Maintains and repairs wood parts of buildings, using carpenter tools. Replaces worn or damaged parts, such as hoses, wiring, and belts, in machines and equipment, such as truck, street sweeper, and riding mower. Hand washes vehicles.

Manager Surplus Property

Coordinates property procurement and maintenance activities, and negotiates with representatives to effect property transfers and sales, rental, and leasing contracts for government agency: reviews property-related data, such as inventories, budgets, planning reports, vendor brochures, and excess property and property request reports, to obtain information on property status, needs, and availability. Writes, fills out, and reviews bids, contract specifications, purchase orders and estimates, and transfer forms to effect property transactions. Contacts vendors and potential users, and inspects and inventories acquired and transferred property through visits to government installations and vendor sites. Negotiates and confers with administrators, vendors, or users to effect agreement on property transfer details, such as price, model, packaging, transportation, land boundaries, or building layout. Authorizes expenditures within specified limits for purchases of supplies and equipment, equipment repair and maintenance, and alterations to premises. Fills government agency or other qualifying organization requests from surplus inventories, considering factors such as donation criteria, actual needs, and justification. Prepares plans, standards, and specifications for building and equipment maintenance, repair, and inspection. May be designated according to property involved as real-estate-utilization officer; state-surplus-commodity-and-property representative.

Nurse Manager Acute Care Multiple Units

Manages and supervises staff for several acute care clinical units to include areas such as CCU, ICU, Psychiatric Unit, Burn, Operating Room, Recovery, Labor & Delivery or ER. Typically responsible for 7 days/week, 24 hours/day management. This position typically requires a registered nurse license and a minimum of five years of clinical nursing experience.: Manages and supervises staff for several acute care clinical units to include areas such as CCU, ICU, Psychiatric Unit, Burn, Operating Room, Recovery, Labor & Delivery or ER. Typically responsible for 7 days/week, 24 hours/day management. Assigns duties and coordinates nursing services and support personnel. Plans and supervises patient care. Evaluates nursing activities to ensure patient care, staff relations, and efficiency of service. Observes nursing care to ensure that treatments are administered in accordance with physician's instructions. Assists in establishing policies and procedures related to nursing functions. Directs preparation and maintenance of patients' clinical records. Inspects patient areas for cleanliness and comfort. Ensures that appropriate continuing education is maintained. Orders, or directs ordering of drugs, solutions, and equipment, and maintains records on narcotics. Investigates and resolves emergency and problem situations. Contributes to annual budget and monitors expenses. This position typically requires a registered nurse license and a minimum of five years of clinical nursing experience.

Unit General Manager

Plan, direct, or coordinate the operations of companies or public and private sector organizations. Duties and responsibilities include formulating policies, managing daily operations, and planning the use of materials and human resources, but are too diverse and general in nature to be classified in any one functional area of management or administration, such as personnel, purchasing, or administrative services. Include owners and managers who head small business establishments whose duties are primarily managerial. Exclude 'First-Line Supervisors/Managers of Retail Sales Workers' (41-1011) and workers in other small establishments.
