ERP Project Manager

Manages and coordinates ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software implementations to achieve defined objectives of scope, cost, schedule, and quality. Defines strategy and requirements to achieve successful rollout. Prioritizes tasks and coordinates resources on assigned projects.: Troubleshoots and resolve complex issues. Monitors cost, progress, and quality of projects. Schedules projects and ensures they are completed within budget, on time, and according to internal or external customer satisfaction.

Business Office Supervisor

Supervises employees in the patient accounting area of the business office. Implements and monitors effective business office work processes, staffing plans, resource allocation, and logistical planning. Typically requires three years of related business office work experience. : Ensures accurate patient billing and accounting. Supervises and coordinates subordinate staff. Ensures that established policies and procedures for patient billing, advance payments, and third-party payments are observed in business office transactions. Coordinates departmental activities to provide designated services with optimum efficiency and accuracy. Provides resolution on patient billing discrepancies. Business Development Executive

Evaluates business opportunities and potential markets by analyzing financial feasibility studies and conducting market research.: Provide oversight and direction to the Business Development Department on a variety of business development activities to include proposal development, client relations, and account management. Oversees efforts to support and assist the organization in identifying and securing new business opportunities. Provides oversight for the pricing of new proposals to ensure that all resources needed to complete the project are identified, the cost is calculated accurately, and the price is determined within established guidelines. Provides oversight on processes associated with the preparation and coordination of client meetings. Facilitates efforts to develop, implement and refine standard procedures for researching, collecting, and tracking information about clients including contact data, pipelines, and previous outsourcing experiences. Plans, organizes, implements and evaluates outcomes of the department’s strategic plans. Develops strategic initiatives and transforms initiatives into action plans. Prepares and manages the departmental budget. Hires, develops and motivates a qualified business development staff. A Bachelor’s degree in business is typically required for this position with five years of business development experience.

Product Development Health Care Director

Directs and oversees the assessment and development of potential products and business service opportunities. Plans and directs all aspects of the organization's product development policies, objectives, and initiatives. Typically requires a college degree in health services or marketing and three years of related product development experience.: Conducts financial feasibility studies and directs market research of potential products and business service opportunities. Reviews and analyzes proposals submitted to determine if benefits derived and possible applications justify expenditures. Approves and submits proposals considered feasible to management for consideration and allocation of funds or allocates funds from department budget. Develops and implements methods and procedures for monitoring projects, such as preparation of records of expenditures and research findings, progress reports, and staff conferences, for management reporting. Researches new health care products, product enhancements, and product redesign that align the product development function with the goals of the organization. Evaluates the potential and practicality of products in development. Hires, trains and motivates a qualified staff. Prepares budgets and monitors expenditures. Prepares reports on progress and recommends the addition, expansion, or discontinuance of projects.

Top Product Development Officer

Oversees all activities and directs staff of supervisory, professional, and support personnel concerned with planning, research, and development of new or improvement of existing products, processes, and services, and new ventures. Plans, develops, and establishes policies, procedures, and objectives of all the organization's research and development functions in accordance with organization's objectives. Typically reports to the Chief Executive Officer or Chief Operating Officer and the Research & Development Director reports directly to this position.: Reviews and analyzes proposals submitted to determine if strategic benefits are derived and if possible applications justify expenditures. Reviews status reports prepared by project personnel and modifies schedules or plans as required. Prepares project reports for management, client, or others. Confers with project personnel to provide technical advice and to resolve problems.

Housing Project Manager

Directs operations of housing project to provide low-income or military families, welfare recipients, or other eligible individuals with furnished or unfurnished housing in single or multiunit dwellings or house trailers: develops and implements plans for administration of housing project and procedures for making housing assignments. Reviews occupancy reports to ensure that applications, selection of tenants and assignment of dwelling units are in accordance with rules and regulations. Conducts surveys of local rental rates and participates in setting of rental rates according to occupants' income and accommodation requirements. Prepares operational budget requests and receives accounts for and disburses funds. Conducts analyses of management and maintenance costs to determine areas where cost reductions can be effected. Plans long range schedule of major repairs on units, such as reroofing or painting exterior of dwellings. Studies housing demands occupancy and turnover rates and accommodation requirements of applicants to recommend policy and physical requirement changes. Promotes harmonious relations among tenants, housing project personnel, and persons of the community. Directs work activities of office and clerical staff in processing applications, collecting of rents and accounting for monies collected, and assigns building and grounds maintenance personnel to specific duties. Requisitions furnishings and furniture for housing units. May direct activities of other management personnel in housing project having commercial shops, concessions, theater, library, and recr.
