Project Analyst

Executes and analyzes projects that deliver solutions and services to meet the business and product needs of the organization. Supports and executes appropriate project processes which ensure forward progress, highlight and mitigate risks, and ensure alignment with stated project objectives. Recommends corrective actions, participates in the formal project change control process, and attends technical reviews. Tracks and escalates action items, monitors project delivery and client satisfaction, and communicates with all appropriate levels of management including directors, general managers, managers, subject matter experts, and clients. Acts as a consultant to the department and division management, customers, and client organizations on specific and strategic areas. Prepares highly complex and detailed analysis in support of major programs, projects, contracts, or business unit and corporate goals. Project Coordinator

Schedules and coordinates flow of work within or between organizational units or businesses. Mechanical Project Engineer

Directs, coordinates, and exercises functional authority for planning, organization, control, integration, and completion of mechanical engineering projects within area of assigned responsibility. Plans and formulates mechanical engineering program and organizes project staff according to project requirements. Leads or participates in new product development, design, and specifications. Completes project feasibility studies. Creates and maintains project schedules and manages project to meet schedules.: Assigns project personnel to specific phases or aspects of project, such as technical studies, product design, preparation of specifications and technical plans, and product testing, in accordance with engineering disciplines of staff. Communicates with sales department to ensure complete understanding of customer’s requirements and specifications. Evaluates company and competitors’ products per those requirements. Directs and performs standard product support activities such as analyzing and writing engineering change orders for products; troubleshooting product problems in manufacturing, lab, or customer sites; and working with small projects such as cost reductions, packages, and product upgrades. Initiates corrective action activities. Stays abreast of developments in technical field to maintain technical knowledge. Learns, participates in development, and applies knowledge of company product line, operational systems, and industry design standards, as well as the company quality management system and customer applications and requirements.

Electrical Project Engineer

Manages electrical projects, including design, engineering, estimating, scheduling, obtaining contractor quotes, directing crews, and training operating and maintenance personnel. Collaborates with other engineers and designers involved in the design, modification, and analysis of electrical systems.: Participates in project planning, budgeting, scheduling, technical report writing, and developing computations, drawings, and specifications for concept through final design. Prepares standard specifications related to various electrical systems. Provides input to project proposal development.
