Client Management Director

Directs the activities of Account Executives in building strong relationships with clients. Plans, organizes, implements, and evaluates outcomes of the department's strategic plans. Account Manager Client Services

Manages and motivates a staff to help deliver outstanding service and strong account management to a broad customer base. Manages the service or sale of certain accounts, with duties entailing estimating and analyzing records of present and past operations, trends and costs, estimated and realized revenue, administrative commitments, and obligations incurred. Provides thorough and professional services that enable the organization to meet the customer's expectations. Organizes, coordinates, and maintains the internal activities of team. : Finds and contacts potential new customers. Keeps in contact with customers, answers their questions, and deals with complaints. Establishes a strong customer service culture, helping to create the reputation of the business as a trusted advisor to customers. Possesses excellent communication and team leadership skills, and outstanding organizational skills. Uses innovation and forward thinking to build strong internal and external relationships. Understands and improves processes to deliver on customer expectations. Predicts future market trends and develops new sales ideas. Interprets accounts and records to management. May be responsible for sales budget. May attend trade shows and conferences.

Client Technologies Manager

Directs and coordinates activities of department in manufacturing establishment concerned with providing customers technical services in conjunction with marketing activities: coordinates technical liaison services between management, production department, sales department, and customers with newly developed techniques or practices in processing company products, and to inform customers of new types, specifications, and end-uses of products. Confers with production department managers to assist in specific classification of products from quality assurance position, report on new product or process technology of competitors, and to discuss new specifications required by customers. Directs investigation of customer complaints regarding quality, tolerances, specifications, and delivered condition of products. Records, analyzes, and informs concerned personnel of production quality assurance, and sales departments of status and disposition of customer complaints and claims. Negotiates settlement of claims, for which company is responsible, within limits prescribed by management. May survey potential markets for increasing sales.

Client Server Programmer

Develops, encodes, tests, documents, and installs complex programs to support an organization's client/server software systems. Reviews, analyzes, and modifies programming systems.: Prepares complex program specifications and diagrams and develops coding logic flowcharts. Plans and accomplishes goals by required deadlines. Works at a highly-technical level on most phases of client/server programming activities. Serves as an expert in one or more client/server programs and advises others in the group. Interacts daily with users on various management levels. May lead and direct the work of others.

Client Service Coordinator

Coordinates and evaluates client services and departmental marketing, customer relationship management, and outreach strategies. Drives the flow of company or department, maximizes the productivity of the work team, ensures good communication with team members and clients, and coordinates the care of clients. Recruits new clients by promoting client products or services.: Provides support to advisors and/or qualifying managers. Sets up client appointments, as necessary, creates appointment/meeting agendas, and composes meeting summaries. ERP Project Manager

Manages and coordinates ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software implementations to achieve defined objectives of scope, cost, schedule, and quality. Defines strategy and requirements to achieve successful rollout. Prioritizes tasks and coordinates resources on assigned projects.: Troubleshoots and resolve complex issues. Monitors cost, progress, and quality of projects. Schedules projects and ensures they are completed within budget, on time, and according to internal or external customer satisfaction.

Environmental Project Manager

Directs and manages environmental related processes and activities associated with a project from concept to completion. Organizes, oversees, leads, and monitors the progress of environmental work assignments for the project. Develops and/or adapts environmental policies and coordinates implementation with other groups or departments.: Leads project teams to identify time frames, funding limitations, methods for accomplishing project deliverables, and allotments of available resources to project phases. Assists in the development and management of the environmental budget. Monitors and assures environmental compliance and job specific mitigation and conservation specifications from initial planning stages through completion by applying Federal and State regulations and conducting environmental impact evaluation techniques throughout the project. Identifies environmental constraints affecting the development and selection of project alternatives and works with project staff to resolve these constraints. Assures procedural adequacy of the environmental program. May develop the environmental sections of contracts.

Associate Project Manager

Coordinates and assists with activities of projects to ensure that goals or objectives of projects are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters. Manages daily operational aspects of a project and scope.: Assists with the planning, execution, and finalizing of projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. Participates in the definition of project objectives and monitors quality control. Coordinates the acquisition of resources and the efforts of team members, contractors, and consultants. Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs, requirements, and project team workload. Maintains data and generates reports used to plan and implement project activities. Communicates information regarding work plans, schedules, and related requirements. Creates documentation on work flow and processes and tracks projects using project management tools. Ensures that projects are progressing on schedule and team members are staying on task. Resolves and/or escalates risks and issues. Identifies and suggests opportunities for improvement. Collaborates with other project management personnel on various coordination efforts. Schedules and arranges meetings, attending and recording major activities at the meetings.

Project Manager (Experience)

Plans, directs, and coordinates activities of projects to ensure that goals or objectives of projects are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters. May report to a director and may have supervisors reporting to this position. NOTE: ERI's findings based on experience.: Reviews project proposal or plan to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing projects, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of projects. Establishes work plan and multi-disciplinary staffing for each phase of project, and arranges for recruitment or assignment of project personnel. In larger organizations may have the responsibility of managing project supervisors/leaders assigned to specific projects. Confers with project staff to outline work plan and to assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority. May manage sub-contractors and their workforce. Directs and coordinates activities of project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget. Reviews status reports prepared by project personnel and modifies schedules or plans as required. Prepares project reports for management, client, or others. Confers with project personnel to provide technical advice and to resolve problems.

Mechanical Project Manager

Plans, directs, and coordinates activities of mechanical construction projects, resources, and client relationships to ensure that goals or objectives of projects are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters. Heads scheduling, management of key deliverables, coordination with field crews, and coordinating with design/engineering team.: Analyzes and clarifies project goals and objectives. Prepares estimates, compiles submittal packages, prepares RFIs, and participates in contract negotiation. Reviews project proposal or plan to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing projects, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of projects. Establishes work plan and multidisciplinary staffing for each phase of project, and arranges for recruitment or assignment of project personnel. Confers with project staff to outline work plan and to assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority. Directs and coordinates activities of project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget. Reviews status reports prepared by project personnel and modifies schedules or plans as required. Prepares project reports for management, client, or others. Confers with project personnel to provide technical advice and to resolve problems. Reviews, approves, and monitors construction schedule provided by contractors. Analyzes and negotiates change orders. Coordinates and follows up with subcontractors in expediting change order quotes and monthly billings. Attends construction meetings, interfaces with clients, and writes reports. Ensures timely completion of projects.
