Computer Programmer Lead

Leads in the adherence to planning, policies, practices, and personnel while overseeing a computer programming project or group of programmers. Assigns, coordinates, and reviews work of programming personnel. Usually reports to a supervisor of programming. Position is distinguished from a supervisor as position does not have full responsibility for recruiting, hiring, promotions, transfers, and disciplinary actions. Typically requires a four-year college degree in field of specialty; however, some companies may accept equivalent education and experience combined.: Plans, schedules, and directs preparation of programs to process data and solve problems by use of computers. Consults with managerial and systems analysis personnel to clarify program intent, identify problems, suggest changes, and determine extent of programming and coding required. Develops programs from workflow charts or diagrams, considering factors, such as computer storage capacity and speed, extent of peripheral equipment, and intended use of output data. Converts workflow charts to language that can be processed by computer. Enters program codes into computer. Enters test data into computer. Analyzes test runs on computer to correct or direct correction of coded program and input data. Revises or directs revision of existing programs to increase operating efficiency or adapt to new requirements. Compiles documentation of program development and subsequent revisions. Trains subordinates in programming and program coding. Prescribes standards for terms and symbols used to simplify interpretation of programs. Collaborates with computer manufacturers and other users to develop new programming methods. Prepares records and reports.

Warehouse Lead

Coordinates and verifies order shipments and maintains daily operations within the shipping office. Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in verifying and keeping records on incoming and outgoing shipments, preparing items for receipt, shipment, and storage.: Oversees incoming and outgoing shipping activities to ensure accuracy, completeness, and condition of shipments. Inspects material handling equipment for defects and notifies appropriate personnel for repair. Directs movement of shipments from shipping and receiving platform to storage and work areas. Participates in inventory record accuracy program. Maintains area in accordance with all internal and external regulatory guidelines, i.e., OSHA, FDA, PDA, DOT, etc. Sorts and places materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color, or product code. Records amounts of materials or items received or distributed. Prepares parcels for mailing. Loads and unloads trailers of palletized and non-palletized products. Utilizes manual and automated material handling equipment. Assists with cycle count inventory of all merchandise by recording counts on cycle count sheets and adjusting inventory in system accordingly. Delivers to stores and other warehouses as needed. Orders materials and supplies as needed. May train newly assigned personnel.

SAP SD Team Lead

Manages the activities of the SAP sales team to meet support needs and ongoing new requirements from optimizations to rollouts. Utilizes communication, analysis, and motivational skills to develop team’s capabilities and flexibility. Ensures compliance to configuration and implementation standards. Works on integration topics between the modules.: Carries out optimization to the existing processes, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and training. Performs FIT/GAP analysis, identifying whether the present system fits the requirements and recording any identified gaps in a prescribed format. Adheres to global configuration and implementation standards of the company. Provides support for sales teams and departments. Collaborates, communicates, and shares knowledge within the SAP team(s). Creates detailed functional and technical designs as and when required within the development team and key users. Communicates with the businesses and the key users in an appropriate and constructive manner, and follows agreed support procedures.

Lead Clinical Research Associate

Leads in the planning, organizing, and conducting of research in variety of areas, such as new or existing products, science, social science, law, or medicine. Ensures programs are conducted in compliance with standard operating procedures, good clinical research practices, and FDA regulations, while also ensuring project status is tracked and project timelines are met. Organizes actions and resources to meet projected deadlines while maintaining quality standards.: Analyzes verbal or statistical data to prepare reports and studies for use by professional workers. Monitors assigned clinical sites and clinical research organizations and prepares monitoring reports. Identifies and acts on problems and obstacles encountered. Demonstrates competence in coordinating assigned project responsibilities and executing clinical investigations. Interacts with colleagues to ensure coherence and continuity of global clinical programs. Collaborates with study team during decision making process. Resolves complex internal and external conflicts. Drafts research documents and finalizes them under the direction of the Clinical Project Manager and/or Clinical Operations Director. Oversees the archiving of clinical study documents. Participates in audits/inspections and resolves findings from audits and inspections. Participates in inspection readiness activities. Manages assigned portion of group budget by overseeing expenditures related to functional activities. Consults with internal and external medical/scientific researchers. Initiates and completes required requisitions for a project’s clinical supplies and distributes clinical supplies across assigned projects.
