Organizes and oversees the daily activities of the Pharmacy Department, including staff work schedules and resource allocation. Manages and directs the pharmacy processes and activities of personnel to ensure the efficient and timely dispensing of medications to clients and compliance with all relevant laws. : Ensures that the department complies with accreditation, legal, regulatory, and safety requirements. Ensures that proper documentation is completed for all medications, with particular attention on controlled substances. This position typically requires completion of a pharmacy technician training program and current certification by the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board as a Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT).
