Organizes and oversees the daily activities of the Pharmacy Department, including staff work schedules and resource allocation. Manages and directs the pharmacy processes and activities of personnel to ensure the efficient and timely dispensing of medications to clients and compliance with all relevant laws. : Ensures that the department complies with accreditation, legal, regulatory, and safety requirements. Pharmacy Supervisor

Supervises and coordinates the daily operations of the Pharmacy Department in the areas of staff supervision, maintenance of clinical programs, effective intra- and inter-departmental communication, workload assignment, and proper allocation of pharmacy resources to deliver quality patient care. Assists the Pharmacy Manager with planning and directing the activities of the Pharmacy Department in addition to performing all the duties of a Pharmacist. : Monitors daily operations to ensure achievement of department quality and service objectives.
