Real-Time Power Trader

Establishes credible and effective relationships with trading counterparties or market participants to recognize and develop opportunities. Assists with daily and month-end checkouts with System Operations EMS and billing transactions. Assists with the preparation of power transaction reports for management or regulatory agencies. Assists with support functions during regulatory proceedings.

Retail Sales Merchandiser

Services and sells to retail accounts within an assigned territory to ensure client standards are met and volume is increased. Interfaces with a number of different retail outlets that carry the manufacturer’s merchandise. Provides service and maintains a good working relationship with retailers. Builds rapport with clients and customers alike.: Sells and ensures quality in-class merchandising to include building displays, packing out product, and replenishing permanent secondary displays and maintaining salability of all authorized items. Achieves all merchandising objectives through the effective use of permanent secondary displays and other display vehicles established within the Retail Execution Plan. Maximizes sales and increases sales volume. Ensures proper level of stock is maintained and displayed appropriately with proper signage and favorable shelf placement. Resolves issues that may arise as a result of these inventory audits, and solves problems at the store level in order to maintain the standards established in the initial sales agreement. Fields questions and proactively develops plans of action in regards to resolving issues. Prepares for and responds to audits. Completes accurate and timely paperwork and reports, recaps, itineraries, timesheets, expense reports, etc. Reports weekly activity, expenses, competitive activity, account changes, promotions, and all administrative functions within assigned territory. Reports daily activities through the use of retail handheld units, synchronizing upon completion of each day.

Retail Consultant

Provides customer service in a retail environment. Guides new customers through the purchasing decision and educates them about their new product and/or service. Sells retail products and services to new and existing customers. Meets or exceeds service and sales objectives.: Maintains and demonstrates current knowledge of the latest products and services available for sale. Communicates with customers to understand their consumer needs and match their needs to the organization's products and services. Educates and engages customers through product demonstrations.

Retail Consultant Bilingual

Provides customer service, frequently using a foreign language, in a retail environment. Guides new customers through the purchasing decision and educates them about their new product and/or service. Sells retail products and services to new and existing customers. Meets or exceeds service and sales objectives.: Maintains and demonstrates current knowledge of the latest products and services available for sale. Communicates with customers to understand their consumer needs and match their needs to the organization's products and services. Educates and engages customers through product demonstrations. Demonstrates ability to interact with customers using a foreign language and provide continuous support for all current clients.

Retail Wireless Consultant

Provides support for wireless service customers in an effort to achieve retail store and budget objectives. Assists new and existing customers with the purchase of cellular equipment and service.: Presents products and services to prospective customers through demonstrations and development of wireless communications solutions. Assists potential and existing customers in the purchase of phone equipment and service. Conducts all required processes and procedures to implement new service upon completion of sale. Initiates follow-up contact with customers to ensure complete satisfaction with all products and services purchased. Participates in the development and execution of promotional activities. Telemarkets for prospective customers. Responds to customer inquiries, needs, and/or problems, which may include account research, explanation of equipment operation, and execution of warranty claims. Escalates complicated issues for resolution. Assists in opening, closing, and operating the retail facility. Performs cash and inventory counts and verification. Receives, processes, and deposits all payments received, according to standard procedures. Assists with mid-month and/or month end inventory. Assists in maintaining a presentable store appearance. Identifies areas to improve service to external customers. Achieves individual sales targets for new customer acquisitions, sale of essential products and services, and sale of additional features. Stays current with changes and developments in the telecommunications industry.

Field Sales Consultant

Advises and assists field sales team to drive revenue by helping to qualify sales opportunities and establish business with new accounts, and to increase sales from the distribution center to new and existing accounts. Works with sales team on developing sales strategies and recommending products to customers, based on customers' needs and interests.: Demonstrates ways to optimize and sustain sales performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Answers RFP's (Requests for Proposal), prepares and delivers solution-based product presentations, and delivers proof of concepts which meet customer business requirements. Possesses an understanding of sales methodologies and applies them in a sales situation. Positions company products against the competition. Persuades or influences others to accept a point of view, to adopt a specific agenda, or to take a course of action. Keeps current on product technical knowledge and learns new products and feature sets.

Outside Sales Consultant

Contacts and develops sales leads and closes sales for existing and new clients within a protected geographical territory. Achieves assigned revenue targets and adheres to all account management guidelines.: Increases account base through continuous new business development activity. Prospects new clients continuously through referrals, networking, cold calls, walk-ins, etc. Schedules appointments with new prospects. Creates and delivers proposals from sales leads. Targets and sells to larger, more profitable accounts. Conducts practical research on all potential clients and qualifies them to be prospects. Maintains accurate customer records, including daily sales activities, and submits reports to management on a weekly basis. Demonstrates knowledge of the features and benefits of the organization's products or services. Researches the activities of major competitors and reports that information to management.
