Top Advertising Officer

Counsels and coordinates all organization divisions as to means of obtaining maximum advertising effectiveness in creating consumer demand. Aids marketing personnel in all divisions in developing marketing plans, and in the creation of advertising themes, development of programs, and selection of media. Typically reports to the Marketing and Sales Top Officer and has Advertising Director reporting to this position.: Counsels and coordinates packaging and graphics for all products in all divisions. Provides ideas and creative guidance to marketing personnel. Works with personnel on the selection of advertising agencies. Evaluates and analyzes the effectiveness of advertising, and makes recommendations for any improvements indicated. Counsels marketing personnel on questions involving good taste in advertising and acceptable advertising practice. Works with legal department and marketing personnel on interpretation of Governmental rulings affecting advertising. Coordinates division and product advertising budgets. Acts as a liaison and/or coordinator on advertising projects involving two or more divisions. Studies and evaluates advertising strategies and use of media by others in industry. Develops and maintains good relationships in the advertising field.

Top Merchandising Officer

Formulates, plans, implements, and directs merchandising policies and programs, and coordinates merchandising activities in wholesale or retail establishment. Directs and controls selection and pricing of merchandise, and directs buyers in the purchase of supplies for resale. Typically reports to Chief Executive Officer or Chief Operating Officer.: Consults with other personnel to plan sales promotion and advertising programs. Recommends new policies or procedures as necessary. Interprets company policy to employees and enforces company policy and practices. Oversees preparation and control of departmental annual budget. Analyzes records of present and past operations, trends and costs, estimated and realized revenues, administrative commitments, and obligations incurred. Develops, installs, and maintains reporting systems that provide control of tax expenditures. Directs and coordinates department responsible for preparation of state, federal and local tax returns. Files Federal and State income, ad valorem, franchise and other taxes. Advises management regarding tax matters. Interprets accounts and records to management. Oversees tax staff.

Top Credit Officer

Directs and coordinates activities of those engaged in conducting credit investigations and collecting delinquent accounts of customers. Assigns subordinates to supervise workers investigating and verifying financial status and reputation of prospective customers applying for credit, preparing documents to substantiate findings, and recommending rejection or approval of applications. Assigns responsibility for collecting on non-sufficient fund (NSF) checks and delinquent bills to specific supervisors. Typically reports to Chief Financial Officer and has director-level personnel reporting to this position.: Reviews and evaluates applications, substantiated data, and recommendations, in order to determine credit validity. Establishes credit limitations on customer's account. Top Construction Officer

Directs and oversees planning, practices, procedures, and personnel associated with an organization's construction programs. Typically reports to the Chief Executive Officer or Chief Operations Officer and supervises director-level personnel.: Directs the activities related to the corporate programs. Provides non-EDP equipment and supplies that effectively meet operational requirements with a minimum expenditure. Counsels management on strategic planning and organization design processes, combined with recommendations and insights that contribute to overall plan strategic management and corporate direction. May guide the company's formal strategic planning effort. May provide general legal counsel to management, with a minimum use of external counsel.

Selects and recommends personnel for staff positions and trains and assigns personnel for supervisory positions. May supervise fleets of trucks or other vehicles.

Resident Fifth Year

Performs a combination of supervised, progressively more complex and independent patient evaluation, management and research activities in a specialized field of medicine.: Takes medical history of patient and makes physical assessment of patient’s condition. Makes notations regarding medical treatment in the patient medical record. Administers prescribed medications and medical treatments in accordance with approved medical techniques. Applies cost containment measures in the provision of patient care. Participates in the educational activities of the training program and may assume responsibility for teaching and supervising other residents, interns and students. Participates in research activities as required by the residency program. Participates in institutional committees and councils as assigned. Maintains required certification and licensure as required by the program. This position requires completion of medical school as a M. D., completion of internship and completion of the first four years of the residency program.
