Home Care Team Manager

Manages the clinical coordination of care for a team of home care providers. Directs patient services as related to the plan of care and utilization management in compliance with State and Federal regulations. Assist clinical staff in developing an appropriate plan of care. : Ensures timely and appropriate documentation on the patient record. Coordinates and initiates involvement of organization's resources, such as Advanced Practice Nurses, Home Health Aides, Therapists, Social Workers, Dieticians, etc. Makes home visits as necessary to assist or instruct Staff Nurses and to aid in effective case management. Home Care Team Leader

Coordinates services provided to home care patients including care assessment, treatment, and training. Coordinates case load distribution for a multidisciplinary team to ensure that quality home care services are delivered. Typically requires Registered Nurse licensure with four years of experience in a clinical setting.: Develops schedules and coordinates referrals to appropriate team members considering geographic location, skill levels of staff, and caseload. Acts as a clinical resource for the home care team. Assists in the evaluation of all home care team staff for conformity to organization policies and procedures, regulations, and professional standards. Makes regular visits to home care patients to audit level of care and make appropriate changes to the care plan.

Manages employees and contractors engaged in the operation and maintenance of electric or gas facilities and related equipment. Oversees the safe, reliable, and diligent operation and maintenance of assigned facilities. Manages the human, physical, and monetary resources required to meet customer needs and maximize business, including receiving, processing, transporting, and delivering the required daily volumes of electricity or gas consistent with system demands and customer allocation rates using planned resources.: Oversees assigned employee's cost expenditures to meet capital and operations and maintenance budget requirements and ensures compliance with spending policies. Ensures compliance with safety and environmental rules and company policies, procedures, and standards. Establishes required training and staffing changes to meet changing safety, environmental, and government regulations, technology, and operations requirements. Reviews and measures employee skills and activities to ensure organized and effective operation and maintenance of assigned facilities.

Slot Operations Manager

Manages and directs the daily operations of the Slot Department. Supervises all slot operations staff and ensures regulatory compliance. Directs and oversees slot machine operations, repair, and maintenance.: Ensures staff is knowledgeable about service expectations, features, attractions, promotions, and special events to better service customers. Collaborates with the Human Resources Manager to ensure adequate staffing for all areas of responsibility. Plans layout of gaming machines and continually reviews placement and profitability of machines. Reviews electronic gaming device reports and adheres to Federal cash reporting requirements.
