Consults with project engineers to obtain specialized information. Evaluates findings to formulate corrective action plan and coordinates implementation of plan. Maintains records or oversees recording of information by others to ensure engineering drawings and documents are current and that engineering-related production problems and resolutions are documented. Serves as member of material review board to determine disposition of defective or damaged parts. May specialize in investigating and resolving tooling problems and be designated tool liaison.

Receives callers at establishment, determines nature of business, and directs callers to destination. Obtains caller's name and arranges for appointment with person called upon. Directs caller to destination and records name, time of call, nature of business, and person called upon. May issue visitor's pass when required. May type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents.: May operate PBX telephone console to receive incoming messages. May make future appointments and answer inquiries. May perform variety of clerical duties and other duties pertinent to type of establishment. May collect and distribute mail and messages. May work in office of medical practitioner or in other health care facility and be designated accordingly.

Medical Top Patient Care Executive

Directs, through managers, supervisors or head nurses, activities of nursing staff. Administers nursing program in hospital or other medical institution to maintaining standards of patient care. This is the highest level position in patient care.: Plans and organizes activities in nursing services, such as obstetrics, pediatrics, or surgery, or for two or more patient-care units to ensure patient needs are met in accordance with instructions of physician and hospital administrative procedures. Coordinates activities with other patient care units. Advises medical staff, department heads, and hospital administrator in matters related to nursing services. Medical Patient Relations Representative

Prepares and maintains medical charts for patients, ensuring confidentiality of all patient information. Answers non-medical questions and gives routine non-medical instructions. Enters demographics of new patients, including insurance information, into computer. Ensures that referrals are available, if required. Answers and screens telephone calls and takes messages. Coordinates the exchange of patient data with referral sources. Collects, verifies and enters into the billing system all insurance and third party resources for payment. Greets and receives visitors at establishment, determines nature of business, and directs visitors to destination. Obtains visitor's name and announces visitor's arrival to appropriate person. Answers, screens, and routes incoming calls and takes messages as needed. : Maintains reception area in neat and orderly condition. Assists visitors and staff with questions and information. May issue visitor's pass when required. May type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents. May operate telephone console to receive incoming messages. May make future appointments. May perform variety of clerical duties and other duties pertinent to type of establishment. May collect and distribute mail and messages.

Operator PBX Receptionist

Operates switchboard equipment to relay incoming, outgoing, and/or interoffice calls. Directs caller to destination and records name, time of call, nature of business, and person called upon. Supplies information to callers/visitors, takes messages, and announces callers/visitors.: May issue visitor's pass when required. May perform clerical duties, such as word processing, proofreading, and sorting mail. May receive callers at establishment, determine nature of business, and arrange for appointment with person called upon. May type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents. May make future appointments and answer inquiries. May perform variety of clerical duties and other duties pertinent to type of establishment.
