Business Office Supervisor

Supervises employees in the patient accounting area of the business office. Implements and monitors effective business office work processes, staffing plans, resource allocation, and logistical planning. Typically requires three years of related business office work experience. : Ensures accurate patient billing and accounting. Supervises and coordinates subordinate staff. Ensures that established policies and procedures for patient billing, advance payments, and third-party payments are observed in business office transactions. Hotel Front Office Manager

Coordinates front office activities of hotel or motel and resolves problems arising from guests' complaints, reservation and room assignment activities, and unusual requests and inquiries. Assigns duties and shifts to workers and observes performances to ensure adherence to hotel policies and established operating procedures. This position typically reports to the General Manager Hotel and supervises subordinate staff.: Confers and cooperates with other department heads to ensure coordination of hotel activities. Top Support/Ancillary Executive Medical

Directs activities of multiple supporting units of a hospital. Organizational units may include but are not limited to three or more of the following supporting areas: central supply, engineering, dietary, housekeeping, laundry, security, pharmacy, respiratory, physical, recreational, occupational therapy, medical records, etc. Typically reports directly to the Hospital Administrator.: Coordinates activities with those of other hospital departments. Establishes policies and procedures in cooperation with other hospital officials. Interprets and administers personnel policies and provides for training program. Reviews activities and recommends changes in, or better utilization of, facilities, services, and staff. Establishes and maintains work schedules and assignments of staff members. Provides care for and treats patients in medical office, as directed by physician. Prepares patient for and assists with examinations. Administers injections and medications, dresses wounds and incisions, interprets physician's instructions to patients, assists with emergency and minor surgery, and performs related tasks as directed. Requires RN license.: Maintains records of vital statistics and other pertinent data of patient. Cleans and sterilizes instruments and equipment, and maintains stock of supplies. May conduct specified laboratory tests. May record and develop electrocardiograms. May act as receptionist, perform secretarial duties, and prepare monthly statements.

Central Office Equipment Engineer

Implements planning schedule for installation of central office switching facilities, or transmission facilities equipment, such as broadband, radio, TV, camera, repeaters, and other related equipment to meet projected traffic requirements. Typically requires a degree in engineering; however, some companies may accept equivalent related education and experience combined.: Reviews planning schedule or equipment request and data on projected traffic to determine quantities of specific types of equipment required. Plans arrangement of equipment, prepares cost estimates for equipment and installation, and submits data to management for authorization approval. Prepares drawings and equipment specifications for installation. Monitors installation activities to solve any problems concerning arrangement or specifications. Assigns equipment and installation expenditures to specific program or project accounts. Closes out installation authorization when equipment has been tested and put in service.
