e-Commerce Marketing Manager

Provides management oversight and direction to the organization's electronic commerce or electronic business efforts. Manages the development and execution of marketing strategies to promote products or services directly to on-line customers or for conducting business to business transactions on an Internet website. Participates in the design and implementation of website marketing plans. Develops and manages marketing tests and new programs. Manages representatives who may call on existing or potential customers. Typically reports to a Top Non-Technical e-Commerce Manager or e-Commerce Marketing Director.: Establishes entrepreneurial goals for the company's electronic commerce, ensuring the website achieves marketing objectives and adheres to quality standards regarding appearance and content that would increase sales and reduce distribution and other costs, and reduce time and labor. Analyzes and defines the market for product growth within market segment. Identifies, manages, and evaluates on-going web alliances and partnerships. Pursues appropriate, strategic alliances that support aggressive growth of the market share and revenues and executes profitable market penetration strategies. Coordinates, confers, and negotiates with managers from the company's business units, internal departments, and web development staff. Provides leadership for the website development staff. Provides marketing advice to organizational units. Makes forecasts on anticipated market sales. Promotes satisfactory customer relations. Monitors and reviews website visitor access patterns and trends, adjusting strategies and plans as appropriate. Works closely with design and content teams to ensure site meets marketing objectives. Tracks current and emerging e-commerce trends.

Marketing Director (Experience)

Directs the promotion of the marketing or service activities among customers or prospects; directs representatives who call on existing or potential customers. Directs advertising and marketing campaigns. Holds meetings to coordinate efforts of marketing staff. This position typically reports to the Marketing Top Officer and normally will have a Marketing Manager reporting to it; however, in smaller organizations all levels of marketing management may not be present and this may be the Head of Marketing.: Ensures that representatives are kept informed of changes in territories that might affect product sales. Makes forecasts on anticipated market sales. Develops and implements methods and procedures for monitoring work activities, such as preparation of records of expenditures, progress reports, etc., in order to inform management of current status or work activities. Submits reports of sales activity and maintains records. Promotes satisfactory customer relations. May recruit, hire, train staff, evaluate employee performance, and recommend or initiate promotions, transfers, and disciplinary action.

Marketing Information Supervisor

Supervises and coordinates activities of employees engaged in providing marketing information to the Sales & Marketing function within an organization and to other appropriate departments. Supervises activities concerned with development of basic internal data on an organization's products, services, or ideologies. Studies schedules and estimates time and labor for completion of job assignments. Interprets job orders to employees and assigns duties. Supervises the collection, compilation, analysis, supporting systems, reporting, and distribution of marketing information, which may include sales and sales costs accounting data. This position typically reports to a manager and is the first level of supervision in the organization.: Develops and implements methods and procedures for monitoring work activities. Establishes or adjusts work procedures to meet deadlines. Analyzes department budget to identify budget needs and may allocate operating budget funds. Interprets company policy to employees and enforces company policy and practices. Recommends measures to improve methods, performance, and quality of service. Analyzes and resolves work problems, or assists employees in solving work problems. May recruit, hire, train staff, evaluate employee performance, and recommend or initiate promotions, transfers, and disciplinary action.

Marketing Administration Supervisor

Supervises marketing administration, overseeing those who coordinate production and distribution of marketing and/or selling activities in accordance with policies, principles, and procedures. Confers with customers and customer representatives to evaluate and promote possibilities for improved and expanded marketing. Reports to Marketing Administration Manager and is the first level of supervision.: Manages sales aids, advertising, promotional programs, and field services. Directs personnel program. Home Care and Hospice Director

Responsible for administration, management, and long-range planning of the Home Care and Hospice Departments. Manages multiple disciplines which may include nursing services, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, social work, respite care, and home helpers. Typically requires a bachelor's degree in nursing and five or more years of management experience in home care and hospice.: Represents the organization in the service area and directs a coordinated team effort for patient care and customer service. Directs, supervises, and governs the home care and hospice programs including in-patient care, home care, and bereavement follow-up. Administers and maintains quality assurance, environmental, and infection control policies in accordance with objectives, policies, and procedures. Prepares reports regarding the activities of the operation. Directs and supervises the work of staff in providing for the care and needs of patients. Develops, maintains, and implements policies and procedures. Hires, trains, and motivates a qualified staff. Confers and cooperates with management personnel in formulating administrative and operational policies and procedures. Reviews and analyzes expenditure, financial, and operations reports to determine requirements for assisted living operations. Approves requisitions for equipment, materials, and supplies.

Health Plan Marketing Services Director

Develops and implements an effective marketing plan. Manages the marketing services staff and implements strategies relative to the development and management of an effective marketing plan. Typically requires a bachelor's degree with seven years of client services or marketing experience.: Designs and implements programs to maintain positive relationships between the health plan, physicians, providers, and practice managers. Develops marketing materials and communications for employers and plan members. Maintains awareness of the competitive environment and develops appropriate product and sales strategies. Works with Account Executives to service client groups and assists in the development and management of strategic accounts. Oversees hiring, developing, and managing a qualified staff concerned with the maintenance and expansion of client relationships within the health plan. Oversees preparation, coordination, and delivery of plan performance presentations. Identifies supporting strategies for product and program pricing, retention, and net revenue growth. May also oversee the activities of Account Executives in building strong relationships with clients. Prepares, manages, and monitors the departmental budget.

Product Development Health Care Director

Directs and oversees the assessment and development of potential products and business service opportunities. Plans and directs all aspects of the organization's product development policies, objectives, and initiatives. Typically requires a college degree in health services or marketing and three years of related product development experience.: Conducts financial feasibility studies and directs market research of potential products and business service opportunities. Reviews and analyzes proposals submitted to determine if benefits derived and possible applications justify expenditures. Approves and submits proposals considered feasible to management for consideration and allocation of funds or allocates funds from department budget. Develops and implements methods and procedures for monitoring projects, such as preparation of records of expenditures and research findings, progress reports, and staff conferences, for management reporting. Researches new health care products, product enhancements, and product redesign that align the product development function with the goals of the organization. Evaluates the potential and practicality of products in development. Hires, trains and motivates a qualified staff. Prepares budgets and monitors expenditures. Prepares reports on progress and recommends the addition, expansion, or discontinuance of projects.

Public Relations Director
