Leads and oversees the hospital's risk management (RM) program. Coordinates insurance coverage and risk financing, manages professional and general liability claims against the hospital, and supervises the daily activities of the RM Department. Disease Management Consulting Manager

Responsible for the development of disease management programs and for managing a department consisting of Disease Management Consultants and Disease Case Managers. Collaborates with other members of the disease management team to define the concept and develop the content of programs related to specified disease states. This position typically requires an advanced degree or advanced training in a health care related field and significant clinical background, (i.e., RN, Pharm.D., MD, etc.): Responsible for the development of disease management programs and for managing a department consisting of Disease Management Consultants and Disease Case Managers. Compiles and updates a file comprised of published scientific literature and other sources of information pertinent to the disease management program. Develops clinical support material, interventions and measures to assess the effectiveness of each program. Develops and designs intervention strategies for practitioners and patients. Secures and reviews educational materials from various sources (e.g. professional organizations, government agencies, pharmaceutical manufacturers.) Ensures that pharmacotherapy treatment recommendations in the disease management program are consistent with formulary initiatives. Identifies and remains familiar with appropriate quality of life instruments for the specified disease states. Small Business Financial Services Relationship Manager

Develops, maintains, and expands small business relationships within an assigned market area, and manages associated credit risks. Promotes development of new sources and business, and maintains those relationships with a strong understanding of each customer's industry and associated risks.: Develops relationships with referral sources, such as Attorneys, Accountants, and influential community members, to identify prospects for new business opportunities. Develops and implements a targeted plan to contact prospects in sufficient quantity to achieve financial objectives. Materials Management Clerk

Coordinates and performs clerical and manual tasks involved in the receipt, verification, storage, and issuance of equipment, materials, and supplies in accordance with established policies and procedures. Coordinates incoming and outgoing shipments, verification of new merchandise against purchase orders and invoices, and the transfer of merchandise according to requisitions. This is an entry-level position and typically does not require previous experience.: Maintains outstanding order, purchase order, and requisition files. Assists in special and scheduled storeroom inventories. Provides data for reports and analyses of stock turnover, new merchandise received, shortage or overstock of merchandise, and damaged goods. Identifies new product and service offerings and analyzes potential solutions to estimate value to the organization and return on investment (ROI). Collaborates with Project Managers to discuss staffing needs, high-level timelines, and the associated cost. Communicates technology strategy, plans, and status to the business community. Manages customer plans and expectations. Negotiates Service Level Agreements (SLA). Coordinates overall solution design and delivery and reports on the status of projects, resolving any project issues. Evaluates project objectives and advises on project prioritization. Participates in the development of long-range technology strategies and directs projects towards desired technology strategies. Analyzes and advises on new business initiatives. Stays abreast of industry trends in the business and technology.

Contract Management Manager

Manages a variety of government, international, and/or commercial contracts and subcontracts in accordance with company policies and procedures, applicable laws, and customer requirements. Provides on-site advice to business units and project teams on contract management and policy compliance matters.: Responds to complex inquiries regarding contract obligations and revisions. Identifies risks and issues, and suggests alternatives that lead to the best solution. Serves as liaison between the company and clients/vendors. Ensures that assigned personnel adhere to company policies and procedures. Informs the project team of the requirements of the contract and monitoring compliance. Develops and integrates contract management tools, templates, methods, and processes.
