Breast Center Manager

Directs and administers a financial center, ensuring that it provides the public with banking services, credit decisions, and/or service for consumer and commercial loans. Promotes growth through the development of deposits, assets, fee-based services, and the development and retention of new and existing customers.: Leads the sales function for the financial center, meeting and exceeding profit, deposit, and loan sales goals. Oversees the complete consumer loan process. Manages the commercial loan process by establishing relationships, determining business needs, making recommendations for those applications passed to the appropriate loan officer, and maintaining relationships. Sets priorities, directs and delegates sales responsibilities, and ensures the completion/implementation of the designated sales activities. Oversees the maintenance of adequate staffing levels. Supervises and leads the financial center employees in order to achieve all sales and service performance objectives.

Nurse Call Center Manager

Manages a nurse triage call center operation (that is typically open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week) to ensure provision of quality telephonic nursing services in support of a health plan.: Hires and develops a qualified staff of nurses that provide clinical assessments, health education and referrals to health plan members. Plans, implements and analyzes a quality assurance program. Develops and monitors a departmental budget. Collects and analyzes data in support of the department to illustrate the contribution in savings of the service provided. Sectional Center Manager Postal Services

Directs and coordinates operational, management, and supportive services of associate post offices within district area known as sectional center: plans and implements facility programs in accordance with regional and national policy and to meet established objectives for providing efficient and effective postal services. Approves operating budgets of associate post offices. Directs such supportive services as personnel administration, finance, safety, and plant and vehicle maintenance. Participates in selecting, training, and removing postmasters and top level management of associate postal units. Provides postal information to news media, business representatives, and local governmental agencies. May direct and coordinate operations of various sectional centers within a district and be designated district manager, postal service.

Manages data center supervisors and operators engaged in inputting data into various storage media, manipulating existing data, editing data, and proofing new entries into database for accuracy. Develops and maintains good working relationships with vendors and internal departments to drive the best long-term customer service and business results. Confers and works efficiently and effectively with other departments to implement controls and schedules, resolve delivery problems, and help validate business, operational, and financial impact of large scale data center projects. Recruits, hires, trains staff, evaluates employee performance, and recommends or initiates promotions, transfers, and disciplinary action.
