Director Risk Management

Leads and oversees the hospital's risk management (RM) program. Coordinates insurance coverage and risk financing, manages professional and general liability claims against the hospital, and supervises the daily activities of the RM Department. Ensures the facility complies with all applicable regulatory standards while striving to enhance patient safety and quality care and to minimize loss.: Designs and implements risk management surveys and studies; conducts surveys and special projects to assist in long-term planning and changes to facility policies and systems that reduce risk and losses. Identifies and communicates regulatory requirements to senior management. Plans, develops, and implements risk management educational programs for administration, board members, the medical staff, and associates. Reports on a regular basis to the Board Quality and Performance Improvement Committee and other committees as requested. Develops annual budgets for risk/ insurance cost centers. Identifies and explains variances from budget.

Management Trainee

Performs assigned duties, under direction of experienced personnel, to gain knowledge and experience required for promotion to management positions. Receives training and performs duties in several departments, such as credit, customer relations, accounting, or sales, to become familiar with line and staff functions, operations, management viewpoints, and company policies and practices that affect each phase of business. : Observes experienced workers to acquire knowledge of methods, procedures, and standards required for performance of departmental duties. Firefighter Trainee

Controls and extinguishes fires, protects life and property, and maintains equipment as volunteer or employee of city, township, or industrial plant: responds to fire alarms and other emergency calls. Selects hose nozzle, depending on type of fire, and directs stream of water or chemicals onto fire. Positions and climbs ladders to gain access to upper levels of buildings or to assist individuals from burning structures. Creates openings in buildings for ventilation or entrance, using ax, chisel, crowbar, electric saw, core cutter, and other power equipment. Protects property from water and smoke by use of waterproof salvage covers, smoke ejectors, and deodorants. Administers first aid and artificial respiration to injured persons and those overcome by fire and smoke. Communicates with superior during fire, using portable two-way radio. Inspects buildings for fire hazards and compliance with fire prevention ordinances. Performs assigned duties in maintaining apparatus, quarters, buildings, equipment, grounds, and hydrants. Participates in drills, demonstrations, and courses in hydraulics, pump operation and maintenance, and firefighting techniques. May fill fire extinguishers in institutions or industrial plants. May issue forms to building owners, listing fire regulation violations to be corrected. May drive and operate firefighting vehicles and equipment. May be assigned duty in marine division of fire department and be designated firefighter, marine.

Top Supply Chain Management Executive

Oversees and is responsible for all supply chain functions, which may include, but is not limited to, production planning, forecasting, material procurement, inventory control, warehousing, rate setting, outsourcing, vendor selection, and distribution. Develops and implements strategies to grow company revenue in accordance with organization goals and objectives.: Collaborates with the operations and production teams to develop effective inventory management and cost reduction procedures. Prepares work schedules and assigns duties to operations personnel to ensure efficient operation of department or branch. Typically reports to Administrative Top Officer and supervises Office Manager.: Audits accounts, records of proof, and certifications to ensure compliance of workers with established standard procedures and practices. Trains in a specific geographic area with the customer service team until able to demonstrate the ability to work as an independent Customer Service Manager and a position is available.: Establishes and maintains effective customer relationships and mutually beneficial business relationships with clients. Works with Advertising Manager, media personnel, illustrators, photographers, advertising agencies, and sales promotion and marketing departments to promote products and concepts of organizations through various advertising media.: Receives training and performs duties in Advertising Department to become familiar with line and staff functions, operations, management viewpoints, and company policies and practices that affect each phase of business. Observes experienced workers to acquire knowledge of methods, procedures, and standards required for performance of departmental duties. Learns how to track and manage research activities concerned with gathering information or statistics pertinent to planning and execution of sales promotion campaigns. Receives training in generating advertising income via the Internet through coordination with website managers. Learns how to determine promotion strategies and pricing for online advertising opportunities. Receives training in allocating advertising space to departments or products of the establishment. Learns how to review rates and classifications applicable to various types of advertising and provides authorization.

Sales Management Trainee

Attends and participates in management training program under supervision of manager, trainer, or mentor. Builds business contacts by contacting and meeting with warm referrals, develops new business, and maintains current relationships. Learns to understand cost control, read profit and loss statements, and understand what it takes to run a profitable business.: Expands knowledge and expertise through ongoing specialized training. Participates in and completes training exercises including, but not limited to, Sales Training, Product Training, Computer Training, and Operations Training. Learns how to effectively communicate, influence, and interact with all types of customers, vendors and co-workers. Learns proper sales techniques to problem solving and conflict management.
