Customer Service Manager Trainee

Drives new and existing sales within a geographic area while managing, coaching, and developing a team of Customer Service Representatives. Trains in a specific geographic area with the customer service team until able to demonstrate the ability to work as an independent Customer Service Manager and a position is available.: Establishes and maintains effective customer relationships and mutually beneficial business relationships with clients. Ensures outstanding customer service including customer contract retention, professional customer service, management of accounts receivable, accurate reporting, and resolution of any customer concerns within an assigned geographic area. Retail Consultant Bilingual

Provides customer service, frequently using a foreign language, in a retail environment. Guides new customers through the purchasing decision and educates them about their new product and/or service. Sells retail products and services to new and existing customers. Meets or exceeds service and sales objectives.: Maintains and demonstrates current knowledge of the latest products and services available for sale. Communicates with customers to understand their consumer needs and match their needs to the organization's products and services. Educates and engages customers through product demonstrations. Demonstrates ability to interact with customers using a foreign language and provide continuous support for all current clients.

Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Interacts with customers, often using a foreign language, to provide information in response to inquires about accounts, products, and services. Handles and resolves customer complaints, special orders, or returns in-store or via phone or mail. Answers customers' questions regarding product or service and operation or maintenance. Receives and processes orders, and provides information concerning pricing, changes in service, discontinuance, and shipping.: Talks with customers, often using a foreign language, by phone or in person to ensure the best service possible. Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Recruits suitable candidates for vacancies generated by client organizations. Manages the entire recruitment process after training, including sourcing vacancies and candidates, matching candidates to vacancies, and referring candidates to clients. : Canvasses employers by telephone to establish new contacts and their recruitment requirements. Builds, manages, and develops client relationships through face-to-face meetings and regular contact. Firefighter Trainee

Selects hose nozzle, depending on type of fire, and directs stream of water or chemicals onto fire. Positions and climbs ladders to gain access to upper levels of buildings or to assist individuals from burning structures. Creates openings in buildings for ventilation or entrance, using ax, chisel, crowbar, electric saw, core cutter, and other power equipment. Protects property from water and smoke by use of waterproof salvage covers, smoke ejectors, and deodorants. Inspects buildings for fire hazards and compliance with fire prevention ordinances. Performs assigned duties in maintaining apparatus, quarters, buildings, equipment, grounds, and hydrants. Participates in drills, demonstrations, and courses in hydraulics, pump operation and maintenance, and firefighting techniques. May fill fire extinguishers in institutions or industrial plants. May issue forms to building owners, listing fire regulation violations to be corrected. May drive and operate firefighting vehicles and equipment. May be assigned duty in marine division of fire department and be designated firefighter, marine.

Advertising Manager Trainee

Performs assigned duties, under direction of experienced advertising personnel, to gain knowledge and experience required for promotion to management positions. Works with Advertising Manager, media personnel, illustrators, photographers, advertising agencies, and sales promotion and marketing departments to promote products and concepts of organizations through various advertising media.: Receives training and performs duties in Advertising Department to become familiar with line and staff functions, operations, management viewpoints, and company policies and practices that affect each phase of business. Learns how to review rates and classifications applicable to various types of advertising and provides authorization.
