Customer Service Manager Trainee

Drives new and existing sales within a geographic area while managing, coaching, and developing a team of Customer Service Representatives. Trains in a specific geographic area with the customer service team until able to demonstrate the ability to work as an independent Customer Service Manager and a position is available.: Establishes and maintains effective customer relationships and mutually beneficial business relationships with clients. Management Trainee

Performs assigned duties, under direction of experienced personnel, to gain knowledge and experience required for promotion to management positions. Receives training and performs duties in several departments, such as credit, customer relations, accounting, or sales, to become familiar with line and staff functions, operations, management viewpoints, and company policies and practices that affect each phase of business. : Observes experienced workers to acquire knowledge of methods, procedures, and standards required for performance of departmental duties. Workers are usually trained in functions and operations of related departments to facilitate subsequent transferability between departments and to provide greater promotional opportunities. Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Recruits suitable candidates for vacancies generated by client organizations. Manages the entire recruitment process after training, including sourcing vacancies and candidates, matching candidates to vacancies, and referring candidates to clients. : Canvasses employers by telephone to establish new contacts and their recruitment requirements. Builds, manages, and develops client relationships through face-to-face meetings and regular contact. Sources the best candidates through effective advertising and marketing using headhunting, cold calling, networking, advertising, websites, etc. Screens and interviews candidates and assesses their needs. Matches candidates to vacancies and refers them to clients. Serves as a liaison for both client and candidate through the interview process from initial referral to offer negotiation.

Firefighter Trainee

Controls and extinguishes fires, protects life and property, and maintains equipment as volunteer or employee of city, township, or industrial plant: responds to fire alarms and other emergency calls. Selects hose nozzle, depending on type of fire, and directs stream of water or chemicals onto fire. Positions and climbs ladders to gain access to upper levels of buildings or to assist individuals from burning structures. Creates openings in buildings for ventilation or entrance, using ax, chisel, crowbar, electric saw, core cutter, and other power equipment. Protects property from water and smoke by use of waterproof salvage covers, smoke ejectors, and deodorants. Administers first aid and artificial respiration to injured persons and those overcome by fire and smoke. Communicates with superior during fire, using portable two-way radio. Inspects buildings for fire hazards and compliance with fire prevention ordinances. Performs assigned duties in maintaining apparatus, quarters, buildings, equipment, grounds, and hydrants. Participates in drills, demonstrations, and courses in hydraulics, pump operation and maintenance, and firefighting techniques. May fill fire extinguishers in institutions or industrial plants. May issue forms to building owners, listing fire regulation violations to be corrected. May drive and operate firefighting vehicles and equipment. May be assigned duty in marine division of fire department and be designated firefighter, marine.

Enters and maintains all sales orders. Captures new business opportunities within current customers through numerous strategies, such as new product introduction, account targeting, and marketing the current product line. Works with management in developing sales strategies and new account targeting.

Advertising Manager Trainee

Performs assigned duties, under direction of experienced advertising personnel, to gain knowledge and experience required for promotion to management positions. Works with Advertising Manager, media personnel, illustrators, photographers, advertising agencies, and sales promotion and marketing departments to promote products and concepts of organizations through various advertising media.: Receives training and performs duties in Advertising Department to become familiar with line and staff functions, operations, management viewpoints, and company policies and practices that affect each phase of business. Observes experienced workers to acquire knowledge of methods, procedures, and standards required for performance of departmental duties. Learns how to track and manage research activities concerned with gathering information or statistics pertinent to planning and execution of sales promotion campaigns. Receives training in generating advertising income via the Internet through coordination with website managers. Learns how to determine promotion strategies and pricing for online advertising opportunities. Receives training in allocating advertising space to departments or products of the establishment. Learns how to review rates and classifications applicable to various types of advertising and provides authorization.

Contract Management Manager

Manages a variety of government, international, and/or commercial contracts and subcontracts in accordance with company policies and procedures, applicable laws, and customer requirements. Provides on-site advice to business units and project teams on contract management and policy compliance matters.: Responds to complex inquiries regarding contract obligations and revisions. Identifies risks and issues, and suggests alternatives that lead to the best solution. Reviews and manages contractual obligations of the parties and provides continual review to ensure that all terms and conditions are met. Prepares and disseminates information regarding contract status, compliance, modifications, etc. Escalates to a senior director any contractual or business issues which are not solved satisfactorily by the project team in a timely manner. Implements contract management processes. Manages daily workload of assigned contract management personnel and project or business personnel assisting with the contract management function. Serves as the primary contact between the project team and/or business unit and the Legal Department, ensuring that all legal and contractual matters are addressed efficiently and promptly. Serves as liaison between the company and clients/vendors. Ensures that assigned personnel adhere to company policies and procedures. Informs the project team of the requirements of the contract and monitoring compliance. Develops and integrates contract management tools, templates, methods, and processes.
