Food Services Manager (Full Menu)

Manages the food services operation of a full-menu restaurant with table service or similar establishments; may also include small- to medium-size institutional facilities. Contract Compliance Representative (Entry)

Determines provider compliance throughout a region and recommends appropriate actions.: This position is typically responsible for learning investigatory techniques for the detection of inadvertent or intentional fraud. Assists in special investigations and provides support in compliance with requests from enforcement agencies. Researches, handles and assists in resolution of complaints regarding suspected fraud and/or compliance issues. Analyzes documentation and summarizes data gathered from a variety of sources. Interacts with other departments and performs special tasks to include overseeing random examination processes, enforcing membership actions and assessing reports on provider groups or brokers. Conducts ad hoc investigations. This position typically requires at least one year of underwriting experience.

Data Entry Operator Lead

Guides data entry operators in the data entry process and in solving work problems. Operates computer or other data entry device to enter data in computer-readable format. Inputs accounting or statistical data from source documents into computer, using data entry device, such as keyboard or optical scanner, and following format displayed on screen.: Compares data entered with source documents, or re-enters data in verification format on screen to detect errors. Deletes incorrectly entered data, and re-enters correct data. Keeps record of work completed. Compiles, sorts, and verifies accuracy of data to be entered. May assist in role of group leader as required.

Training Supervisor

Supervises the activities related to various training and educational programs for an organization. Supervises staff of training and education specialists who organize and conduct training and educational programs for employee development, orientation, and on-the-job training. Assists in the development of training programs. Typically reports to manager level and is the first level of supervision.: Determines training methods to be used, such as individual or group instruction, conferences, workshops, and demonstrations. Researches and develops handbooks, models, and other teaching aids. Evaluates employee test scores to measure training program effectiveness and reports findings to management. Recommends changes to improve program content, and works with management to achieve corporate training goals. Prepares and approves budgets and travel plans. May recruit, hire, train staff, evaluate employee performance, and recommend or initiate promotions, transfers, and disciplinary action.

Clinical Research Technician (Entry)

Provides assistance in a clinical research laboratory with basic experiments.: Provides laboratory assistance and conducts standard tests which may involve human and animal medical research. Prepares equipment and aids scientist during tests and examinations. Maintains the laboratory and ensures availability of required supplies and equipment. Performs administrative duties in the laboratory to include maintenance of records and report preparation. Maintains laboratory equipment. This position typically requires a college degree in health sciences. Specialized training in clinical research may be required.

Sports Writer

Writes local and/or national sports news stories for television, newspaper, magazine, and/or online news site from interviews and written or recorded notes supplied by self or reporting staff. Covers sports events, writes sports features and news stories, and participates in project reporting. Gathers statistics and other information related to sports or sports-related events.: Coordinates correspondents and reader-submitted news coverage. Reviews and evaluates written or recorded notes obtained from reporting staff to isolate pertinent facts and details. Verifies accuracy of questionable facts and obtains supplemental material and additional details from files, reference libraries, and interviews with knowledgeable sources. Organizes material and writes sports news stories conforming to specified length, style, and format requirements. May assist in designing and laying out pages.

Street Openings Inspector

Inspects construction and excavation of gas or electric sites to ensure precautions are taken to prevent damage to company facilities: interprets blueprints and work order specifications and marks location of underground facilities and dimensions of trenches to be dug, using stakes and chalkline. Observes progress of work and reports extent of damages, such as broken or exposed pipes and cables or caved-in vaults, and urgency of repairs required. May coordinate gas or power construction and maintenance projects with underground work of municipal departments and other utilities.

Level Glass Forming Machine Operator

Tends battery of automatic machines that flame-cut and form vials for level from glass tubing: inserts tubing in holder to feed machine. Replenishes tubing and replaces fill catch boxes. Examines formed glasses for defects, such as unclosed bottoms, elongated tops or misshapen vials, and notifies machine adjuster of machine malfunctioning. Removes formed glasses to workbench and files points from glasses to leave opening for filling, using half-round file.

Level Glass Vial Filler

Tends equipment that fills glass vials with alcohol or ether solution and leaves air bubble to form vials used in tools and instruments to determine levelness: fills rack with vial-filled cups and lowers rack into tank of solution. Lowers weighted glass cover and moves lever to turn on air pressure. Sets timer for designated time cycle. Shuts off air and raises cover when bell rings. Compares bubbles in random sampling of filled vials with master vial for conformance to size. Refills vials or lets vials stand to evaporate excess fluid to regulate size of bubble. Pours solution from jug into tank to replace used fluid.
