Utilizes superior communications skills to motivate staff and develop effective working relationships with peers, executives, and clients. Oversees and manages the professional development and productivity of staff members to ensure proper goals, training, professional development, and project requirements are met. Addresses employee performance problems in accordance with personnel policies of the organization. Coaches, trains, and mentors direct reports, and provides career development opportunities though active recruitment, training, and quality management activities. Conducts annual performance reviews for all staff within department.
