Top Mail Order Pharmacy Executive

Responsible for operations of a pharmacy center that distributes pharmaceuticals via mail.: Responsible for the planning, supervision and successful execution of all activities related to the mail order pharmacy's operations to ensure accuracy in the dispensing of products and information. Develops and maintains strategies to fulfill prescriptions, comply with regulatory and reporting standards, and collect drug utilization data. Develops and implements operational efficiencies throughout the pharmacy. This position is responsible for all pharmacy practice and regulatory issues of the pharmacy to include compliance with regulatory issues, corporate policies, standards and operating procedures. Plans, organizes, implements and evaluates outcomes of the mail order pharmacy’s strategic plans. Performs regular data analysis of pharmacy data and pharmaceutical cost reports to identify variances and root causes so that areas of focus may be identified and resources may be appropriately deployed. Prepares and manages the departmental budget. Hires, develops and motivates a qualified department staff. This position typically requires a Bachelor’s in Pharmacy, a Pharm.D., a Pharmacist license, six years of pharmacy experience, and strong decision-making skills.

Collection & Delivery Operation Manager

Manages the collection and delivery of parcels or items from and to residential and business addresses. Ensures all parcels or items are delivered/collected on time and that tracking information is available to customers and colleagues. Liaises with organization management and current and potential clients on a regular basis. Adjusts operational elements and communicates change and ownership of client invoicing and contractual adherence.: Reviews, analyzes, prepares, updates, and distributes reports, records, and directives, and confers with managers/supervisors to obtain data required for planning activities, such as new commitments, status of work in progress, and problems encountered. Analyzes historical reporting data, volume projections, and financial impacts. Makes changes and recommendations as appropriate. Develops management information according to contract. Produces accurate invoice summaries in accordance with contracted process. Analyzes all schedules of the services agreement. Gains in-depth understanding of contractual obligations between organization and client. Adjusts call routing configurations or staffing levels on an as-needed basis. Tracks scheduling exceptions including attendance, approved off-phone activity, or policy violations. Works with internal departments to ensure adequate time allowance for changes to the operation. Carries out relevant safety checks on collection and delivery vehicles. Monitors and analyzes financial performance and prepares department budget. Recruits, hires, trains staff, evaluates performance, and recommends or initiates promotions, transfers, and disciplinary action.

Baggage & Mail Agent

Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in loading and unloading mail and baggage: coordinates work schedules in accordance with train schedules to ensure that transfer of mail and luggage is completed in allotted time. Assigns duties to workers. Observes workers serving passengers to ensure workers are courteous and helpful. Supervises workers sorting, loading, and unloading sacks of mail. Notifies station agent i when transfer of mail and baggage has been completed following prescribed rules and regulations. Recommends new methods of transferring mail and luggage onto and from trains. Reviews workflow and production charts to determine need for additional workers.

Delivery Room Technician

Prepares and assists with obstetric surgical procedures and deliveries under supervision. Assists the obstetrical team with procedures and equipment needs throughout the labor process as directed and assists with cleaning and restocking the delivery room after the procedure. Works in labor and delivery to assist the obstetrical team and the Operating Room Technician and perform primarily as a scrub technician. Typically requires a Certified Nursing Assistant certificate or experience as an Operating Room Aide.: Places equipment and supplies in operating room and arranges instruments, according to instructions. Assists team members in the placement and positioning of the patient on the table. Scrubs arms and hands and aids delivery team in putting on gowns and gloves. Assists Physicians or Midwives with examinations and vaginal deliveries. Assists Surgeons as a scrub technician using aseptic techniques on Cesarean sections. Participates in setting up an obstetrical operating delivery room prior to surgery. Opens sterile packs and arranges instruments and supplies according to surgical procedures. Assists in cleaning and restocking delivery rooms with sterile supplies. Conducts daily checks on contents of all oxygen, suction, and electric fetal monitors. Ensures that all rooms are prepared for emergencies. Washes and sterilizes equipment, using germicides and sterilizers. Assists in keeping records of delivery room activities.

Mail Distribution Scheme Examiner

Devises and conducts tests that indicate knowledge of postal clerks concerning city, state, and regional addresses and tests skill in placing mail into designated boxes. Conducts and scores tests and forwards results to personnel department. Instructs postal clerks on distribution scheme requirements. Reviews and revises distribution schemes.

Pizza Delivery Driver

Drives delivery truck or automobile to local locations to deliver baked made-to-order pizzas to customers at their homes, hotels, or place of business. Keeps pizza warm in vehicle's oven, warmer, or hot bags. Reads maps to find delivery locations.: Collects money and coupons from customers and obtains signature with required verification of ID from credit card customers. Keeps records of mileage and deliveries made. May prepare and package pizzas to be delivered to customer premises. May drive company or employee-owned vehicle to deliver customer orders. May wash dishes, operate pizza oven, assemble pizza boxes, sweep floors, and perform closing tasks to company standards. May service vehicle driven, such as checking fluid levels and replenishing fuel.

Delivery-Route Truck Driver

Drives over established route to deliver and sell products or render services, and collects payment. Calls on prospective customers to solicit new business. Listens to and resolves service complaints.: Drives truck to deliver such items as beer, soft drinks, bakery products, dry cleaning, laundry, specialty foods, and medical supplies to customer. Collects money from customers, makes change, and records transactions on customer receipt. Writes customer order and instructions. Records sales or deliveries information on daily sales or delivery record. Prepares order forms and sales contracts. Informs regular customers of new products or services. May set up merchandise and sales promotion displays or issue sales promotion materials to customers. May collect or pick up empty containers or rejected or unsold merchandise. May place stock on shelves or racks. May load truck. May issue or obtain customer signature on receipt for pickup or delivery. May clean inside of truck. May perform routine maintenance on truck. May direct assistant to load and unload truck and carry merchandise. May be designated according to product delivered or service rendered.

Mail Processing Equipment Mechanic

Repairs and maintains mail-processing equipment, such as letter-canceling machines, letter-facing-and-canceling machines, mail-sorting machines, and conveyor systems, following blueprints and schematic diagrams, using handtools, power tools, and electrical testing instruments: inspects machine to locate causes of trouble, using ammeters, ohmmeters, relay testers, and other testing instruments. Dismantles machine, using handtools and power tools. Repairs wiring circuits and replaces parts, such as relays, resistors, condensers, and rheostats in electrical systems, using handtools.
