Oversees and coordinates program activities designed to ensure effective and economical support for production of various goods and services. May perform special research or technical studies critical to logistic support functions. May utilize computer techniques for analysis, simulation or information systems and documentation.

Prepares layouts of machinery and equipment, plans flow of work, makes statistical studies, and analyzes costs.: Prepares charts, graphs, and diagrams to illustrate workflow, routing, floor layouts, material handling, and machine utilization. Observes workers operating equipment or performing tasks to determine time involved and fatigue rate. Recommends revision of methods of operation or material handling, alterations in equipment layout, or other changes to increase production or improve standards. Studies and records time, motion, methods, and speed involved in performance of maintenance, production, clerical, and other worker operations to establish standard production rate and to improve efficiency. Aids in planning work assignments in accordance with worker performance, machine capacity, production schedules, and anticipated delays.

Technician Logistics Engineering

Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator

Implements, manages, and troubleshoots existing network and system environments based on Microsoft Windows Operating Systems. Provides administration, operation management, and support for all computer systems, workstations, audio/visual equipment, telecommunications, and peripherals connected to the network.: Performs frequent server checks and implements patches to ensure current revision level. Administers active directory domains, Exchange mail systems, and system policies. Performs daily maintenance of desktop computers. Reviews current system practices and recommends technology solutions that improve efficiency. Troubleshoots both server and desktop hardware and software issues. Deploys, administers, and manages Microsoft OS servers and desktops as well as services offered on these systems. May provide emergency support due to unexpected service outages.
