Account Executive Field Sales Representative

Submits time and expense reports to management. May coordinate company technical engineering support and services to ascertain customers needs. May specialize in a specific product or service. May be responsible for sales budget. May attend trade shows and conferences.

Account Manager Client Services

Account Services Director

Oversees, leads, directs, and manages the account services group. Facilitates new business growth with existing clients to generate additional revenue. Manages relationships, generates revenue within client base, and provides client support at the organizational level. Partners with the account management staff in the development of strategic solutions and business development. Manages on-boarding of new business into account services team.: Coordinates with the account management staff on customer-specific items. Assumes responsibility for client retention and satisfaction. Leads in developing business from select prospects, in coordination with top management goals and objectives. Supports top management with client presentations, and collaborates with marketing on various conferences and/or presentations. Coordinates customer visits and other day-to-day activities with the account management staff. Schedules and participates in annual client reviews. Drives service and reporting standards within group for assigned accounts. Controls costs with focus on improving yield through collaboration with other internal operating teams. Assures smooth billing/invoicing process and account receivable collection. Conducts orientation sessions on-site, or via web technology for specific clients. Keeps abreast of emerging technology changes and innovations through formal or informal study, reading business and professional publications, networking, and participation in professional organizations. Utilizes superior communications skills to motivate staff and develop effective working relationships with peers, executives, and clients. Oversees and manages the professional development and productivity of staff members to ensure proper goals, training, professional development, and project requirements are met. Addresses employee performance problems in accordance with personnel policies of the organization. Coaches, trains, and mentors direct reports, and provides career development opportunities though active recruitment, training, and quality management activities. Conducts annual performance reviews for all staff within department.

Advertising Account Executive

Promotes, plans, develops, coordinates, and directs advertising campaign for clients of advertising agency. Confers with client to determine advertising requirements and budgetary limitations, utilizing knowledge of product or service to be advertised, media capabilities, and audience characteristics. Confers with agency artists, copywriters, photographers, and other media-production specialists to select media to be used and to estimate costs. Requires a four-year college degree in a related field in addition to job related experience.: Submits proposed program and estimated budget to client for approval. Coordinates activities of workers engaged in marketing research, writing copy, laying out artwork, purchasing media time and space, developing special displays and promotional items, and performing other media-production activities, in order to carry out approved campaign.

Account Supervisor

Supervises the servicing or sale of certain accounts, with duties entailing estimating expenditures expected and submits to management. Analyzes records of present and past operations, trends and costs, estimated and realized revenue, administrative commitments, and obligations incurred. Typically reports to Account Manager Sales, or equivalent manager, and is the first level of supervision.: Interprets accounts and records to management. Usually a position that requires sales activities.

Premium Billing Account Analyst

Coordinates and analyzes group insurance customer billing and accounts receivable. Performs most work independent of direct supervision. Typically requires a minimum of one year of experience in customer billing and accounts receivable.: Contacts customers by telephone and mail regarding payments, banking programs, billing options, account reconciliations, collections, cancellations, and lapses. Discusses reinstatements with customers. Analyzes and reports financial information. Interacts with other departments and performs special tasks to obtain and/or coordinate customer billing and accounts receivable information.

Key Bed Installer

Performs any combination of following tasks to assemble piano frames, cases, and benches, using carpenter's handtools, templates, jigs, and woodworking machines: fits keybeds, shelves, music racks, and other case parts for assembly by sawing, drilling holes, and sanding material to fit, using handtools, bandsaw, jig, drill press, and sandpaper. Applies glue to side pieces and back frame parts with brush and positions material in clamp for drying, or gives material to gluing-machine operator, electronic for gluing and clamping. Installs additional pieces, such as pedalboard, toe rails, music racks, keycover rod, hardware, and decorative items, using handtools, work aids, and portable power tools. May be designated according to item assembled as bottom board and truss leg installer; key-bed installer; piano bench assembler; side gluer; top case assembler.

Key Entry Operator

Enters data into computer using various data entry devices. Enters lists of items, alphabetic, numeric, or symbolic in computer-readable format.: Compares data entered with source documents, or re-enters data in verification format on screen to detect errors. May compile, sort, and verify accuracy of data to be entered. May manipulate existing data, edit current information, or proofread new entries in database for accuracy. May utilize optical scanners. May keep record of work completed.

Key Worker

Cuts notches in key blanks to duplicate notches of original key, using key-duplicating machine: selects key blank according to size, shape, or code number of original key. Positions original key and blank in vises on carriage of machine and against guides. Turns thumbscrews to secure key and blank in vises. Starts cutting disk of machine. Pushes and pulls horizontally moving carriage of machine to slide notched edge of original key against stationary guide on machine and to move key blank against cutting disk, duplicating notches of original key in bit of blank. Turns thumbscrews and removes keys from vises. Presses and holds duplicated key against revolving wire wheel to remove burrs from key. Positions one key on top of another to compare notches of keys. May collect payment from customer and make change. May sell key holders or related novelty items.

National Account Manager
