Representative Sales (Highly Complex Products)

Sells company products or services in assigned area or territory. This level of Sales Representative is distinguished by products or services of a highly complex nature that require considerable specialized training or in-depth knowledge. The knowledge level is such that in hiring a replacement, candidates would require either previous experience or extensive knowledge and training related to the product or service prior to being able to call upon customers. To carry out the responsibilities at this typically requires a college degree or equivalent, along with sales ability, to be successful as compared to a lower-level Sales Representative.: Communicates directly with new and existing customers or clients to explain features and merits of products or services offered. Develops new accounts. Demonstrates products or services, and provides assistance in the best application of products or services. Answers all questions concerning a product or service, with appropriate referrals where required. Closes transactions and takes orders. Submits time and expense reports to management. Investigates product/service warranty claims to ensure resolution within organization policies. Analyzes and interprets records of present and past sales, trends and costs, estimated and realized revenue, administrative commitments, and obligations incurred for management. Contacts prospects and explains features and merits of products or services offered, utilizing persuasive sales techniques. Calculates and quotes prices. May coordinate company technical engineering support and services to ascertain customers' needs.

Drafter (Complex)

Designs routine to moderately complex detailed drawings, sketches, and profiles used in the planning or construction of various physical projects or products. Works as directed to conceive of or create form and design variations for consideration. Requires two years of postsecondary college, considerable training and experience and extensive knowledge of computer-assisted drafting (CAD) equipment and software. Some employers may require drafting certification.: Analyzes plans for potential cost and engineering consideration. Draws preliminary sketches of proposed product or project. Assists with the drafting of final drawings. May utilize CAD/CAM/CAE or other mini or PC technology. Regularly uses mathematical formulas for calculations.

Call Center Representative (Complex Calls)

Handles the most complex of customer inquiries and problems, having experience and advanced knowledge, which is what distinguishes this position from lower-level Call Center Representatives. May provide assistance to lower-level Call Center Representatives. This position requires higher degree of skill and ability to explain most complex matters to ensure customer satisfaction and retention, and to sell products and services. This level may require considerable adaptation in response to the particular customer in order to achieve success. : Handles inbound and outbound calls in a call center with the goal of increasing business, customer satisfaction, and customer retention. Responsibilities may include answering customer questions, explaining available services, correcting errors, providing information on pricing, taking orders, developing leads, troubleshooting, research, and/or selling products and services. Requires knowledge to interface successfully with other department within the company, extensive knowledge to navigate company's customer information systems and/or order system, and extensive knowledge of company, services, and products. Handles the most complex customer inquiries, and only rare cases may be passed to higher level leader or supervisor.

Customer Center Representative (Complex Calls)

Business Systems Analyst

Analyzes business processes, functions, and procedures to determine the most effective business systems software to meet the needs of the organization. Establishes systems specifications and objectives, based on business requirements and cost effectiveness, and provides recommendations to management personnel. Participates in systems development and design, including software programming and table, report, and panel design. Formulates test plans and coordinates and performs software testing. This job typically requires a four-year degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.: Coordinates implementation of the system software, including conversion of data to the new system, and works with application support personnel to resolve system problems. Documents system specifications and notes any changes in procedure. Acts as liaison between systems software development staff, management, and system end-users to determine requirements and obtain sign-off. Provides training and technical support to system end-users.

Medical Cephalometric Analyst

Traces head x-rays and illustrates cosmetic result of proposed orthodontic treatment. : Traces frontal and lateral head x-rays onto transparent paper, using template, compass, protractor, and knowledge of cranial-facial skeletal structure. Traces lower teeth from occlusal x-ray or photograph to locate key points defining true curve of lower dental arch. Records cephalometric measurements to prepare data for computer analysis, using electronic data recording equipment. Studies cast evaluations and radiographs to arrive at proper diagnoses and treatment plans. Compiles data from tracings and computer plot sheets to illustrate results of proposed surgery or other orthodontic treatment.

Computer System Hardware Analyst

Analyzes organizational business needs in terms of information technology systems requirements. Plans information technology systems that will provide system capabilities required for projected workloads, and plans layout and installation of new system or modification of existing system. Requires a bachelor's degree in field of specialty. Excludes paraprofessional positions.: Confers within the organization with various managers and staff to obtain information on limitations and capabilities of existing system and capabilities required for information technology requirements of the future. Evaluates factors such as number of departments serviced by data processing equipment, reporting formats required, volume of transactions, time requirements and cost constraints, and need for security and access restrictions to determine hardware configurations. Analyzes information to determine, recommend, and plan layout for type of computers and peripheral equipment, or modifications to existing equipment and system, that will provide capability for proposed project or work load, efficient operation, and effective use of allotted space. May enter data into computer terminal to store, retrieve, and manipulate data for analysis of system capabilities and requirements. May specify power supply requirements and configuration. May recommend purchase of equipment to control dust, temperature, and humidity in area of system installation. May specialize in one area of system application or in one type or make of equipment. May train users to use new or modified equipment. May monitor functioning of equipment to ensure system operates in conformance with specifications. May represent consulting firm or equipment manufacturer.
