Top Physician Hospital Network Executive

Organizes, directs and controls the operations of an integrated physician/hospital network that provides contracting opportunities for managed care payers.: Organizes, directs and controls the entire provider network function including network development, contracting, credentialing, provider relations, and provider services. Establishes physician and hospital recruitment priorities, determines compensation methodologies and negotiates contracts. Ensures a comprehensive, cost-effective, and accessible provider network. Negotiates, administers, extends, terminates, and renegotiates contracts. Formulates and coordinates proposals. Coordinates activities of workers engaged in formulating bid proposals. Oversees and directs the daily operations of a Child Care Center that is operated by a hospital system. Directs and supervises the work of staff in providing for the care and needs of children. Develops, maintains, and implements policies and procedures. Typically requires a bachelor's degree in a related field and five or more years of child care management experience.: Ensures that the Child Care Center meets all licensing regulations required for the care of children. Quality Assurance Head Hospital

Supervises and coordinates activities of quality assurance to ensure patient quality care and evaluates effectiveness of quality assurance policies and procedures to enhance standards and quality of service. : Interprets and implements quality assurance standards in hospital to ensure quality care to patients. Ensures appropriate care is provided to patients. Reviews quality assurance standards, studies existing hospital policies and procedures, and interviews hospital personnel and patients to evaluate effectiveness of quality assurance program. Writes quality assurance policies and procedures. Analyzes and resolves work problems, or assists employees in solving work problems. Analyzes department budget to identify budget needs and may allocate operating budgets funds. Reviews and evaluates patients' medical records, applying quality assurance criteria. Selects specific topics for review, such as problem procedures, drugs, high volume cases, high-risk cases, or other factors. Compiles statistical data and writes narrative reports summarizing quality assurance findings. May recruit, hire, train staff, evaluate employee performance, and recommend or initiate promotions, transfers, and disciplinary action. May review patient records, applying utilization review criteria, to determine need for admission and continued stay in hospital. May oversee personnel engaged in quality assurance review of medical records.

Laundry Manager Hospital

Manages and coordinates laundry activities of a hotel, hospital, or other institution. Develops schedule and directs workers engaged in receiving, marking, washing, and ironing uniforms or linen in laundry to provide quick and efficient service.
